Hi Christopher--I'm 35 weeks pregnant now, but I had a miscarriage about a year before I got pregnant too. It was my first pregnancy and the whole experience was really, really difficult. Being over 35 makes it worse because you start feeling like you're out of chances. When I found out I was pregnant again, even though we had been trying for quite a while, I was more terrified than happy. My advice is to get all the prenatal care you can from a doctor you like and trust and to just try to keep the faith. We started feeling comfortable in the second trimester, especially once I started being able to feel the baby move, but even now I worry sometimes. People who have never experieced a miscarrage worry though--just look at all the posts in this forum! It's scary stuff. Try not to let the scariness keep you from enjoying the process. Good luck to you!
