3 cm & 100% effaced

I was checked last week and was 2 cm & 80% effaced, I was just checked again at about 3pm today and was told im now 3 cm & 100% effaced. My dr says she doesn't think I will even make it to next week & I will have him by this weekend.. Has anyone been dilated & effaced like this in a week & gone into labor at 3 cm dilated & 100% effaced, or think it will be soon? ↓
