I just finished eating at an all you can eat buffet...it was my sisters treat ( she is 9 months pregnant ) well this resturant has a rep for not being the greatest place for food quality. Well I just got home and now I have the runs....I'm just worried about food posioning.... I hope by tomorrow the runs have stopped and that my baby is ok ↓
I just got over severe food poisoning about a week ago. Im 15 weeks pregnant. I was in the hospital b/c i was dehydrated and put on iv fluids. I panicked b/c i read on the internet that food poisoning during can cause miscarriage and/of stillborn. At the hospital they didnt say anything like that. They just checked the heartbeat and all was fine. I had it for a week and lost 6 lbs. I threw up and had the runs at the same time constantly. I didnt eat a single bite of solid food for the entire 6 days. So dont worry, your baby will be ok. ↑

I was told by my Dr to stay away from all buffets because they all run big risks for food poisoning. Good luck though, I'm sure you'll be fine! ↑
