A sticky liquid coming out why?

i am running 5th month of my pregnancy, i want to know the answer for 3 questions ? 1. When my breast is pressed a sticky fluid comes out , what is it ?? 2. When this fluid comes out, is it harmful for the nipple face if the husband sucks the nipple 3. will this affect the child's growth aftr it starts taking milk please answer to all my questions ↓

the sticky stuff coming from your breasts is most likely colustrum & i dont think there is any harm in husband sucking nipples ↑
