Abreviation Explanations Please!!!!

Hello girls, I have been on the site since I had found out about my little one and I really enjoy hearing everyone's opinions and stories but the abbreviations have been frustrating would you all mind helping myself, and other newcomers out and fill us in!? Some I've seen are: dd dh ...ext. ~*Thank you*~ ↓
