Hi,
I have just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant with my first child and me and my partner are joyed. Has anyone got any advise for me? I am struggling sleeping and having terrible wind and bloatiness?

Unfortunately you can't take anything for the mild discomforts you're about to face through the first trimester. Try to make sure you're eating well, taking your prenatal vitamins, and try to just generally take it easy. You might also want to pick up the book called "A girlfriend's guide to pregnancy", which is a humorous look at pregnancy. There's not much else you can do at times but laugh at the horrible things pregnancy can do to your body. Congratulations on your pregnancy! ↑
