I've never had allergies. This weekend, I had an aweful reaction to something that cause red splotch bumps on my arms and legs, and swollen hand, fingers, lip and feet. Urgent Care doctor presecribed Prednizon and Chlor-trimeton. I'm worried b/c I haven't had my first prenatal visit, (scheduled this week) and b/c Prednizone is in catgegory C -- not sure of impact on fetus....just 8 weeks preg...anybody else have to take this kind of medication? ↓
I also had my first allergic reaction when pregnant and they gave me epipherin and benedryl, and they say that is totally fine cause we produce it naturally anyhow, as for prednisone i have also taken it, but not sure how it effects pregnancies, did you tell the Dr you were pregnant before he gave it to you? ↑
