We are trying to get pregnant, so we had sex during my ovultion time.. i have missed my periods for 5 days now but the test came negative 2 days back. Am I pregnant?? I m so confused .. has someone faced same issues.. I felt cramps in my uterus yesterday and was dizzy all day.. What shd i do?? ↓

Since it has been two days since last - test you should retake another one. HCG doubles every few days and may not have been detectable on the first test. Good Luck!!! ↑

I tested again and it came out negative :( I m now overdue by 7 days for my periods.. I m so dissappointed. I have never missed my period since i got them n they have been a regular cycle of 30 days, but this time nothing.. I feel tired and sometimes my belly hurts and i do feel pain in lower back.. except that its nothing and the test was negative too. Am I testing too early?? ↑

Some women do not get a positive until two weeks late, and it is important to use first morning pee for max. sensitivity. Late, tired, back pain and unusual cramps are good signs. How about more peeing, lotion discharge, appetite, smells, acne, boobs, emotions etc., where different from normal PMS? Good luck! ↑

I too have been trying to get pregnant (well I am now) but 2 mos ago I had my very first late period. I am an exact every 28 days woman. I was so convienced I had to be pregannt...so I went to the doctor...I was not. In fact, just like I told my husband...watch...I'll start soon as we get home, and what did I find when I went home? lol. my point is...I had other symptoms as well. We REALLY can talk ourselves into being pregnant even to the point of missing the period. Since you are more than a week now overdue. I would maybe make an apponitment with your doctor. Just to be certain there is nothing wrong. He can do the blood test, and if that proves neg. as well, at least maybe then you can get your mind off of it, your period will start, and you can begin again for the next cycle. Of course, there is still a chance you are...I have heard before a woman not finding out at that missed period. Just telling you what I would do...and good luck! Oh BTW...try hard to just relax and trick urself into it's not a big deal. I mean if we can trick ourselves into thinking we're preganant...I don't see how it wouldn't work to trick ourselves into beliveing "everythings ok" The more relaxed you are...the easier to get pregnant. I know...easier said than done ;) Just try, WHat can it hurt? ↑

now i m 10 days overdue.. tested just today in the morning n negative again..i was so disheartened.. :((((( i m planning to go to doc next week.. will test again after 5-6 days n if its still negative and still no periods then i think i need to see a doctor.. I m just hoping that I m one of those cases which are jst taking time to confirm pregnancy.. rest i guess now its all in god's hand :) lets see wats in store for me.. Fingers Crossed.. ↑
So i did my 3rd HPT today n it was again negative :(. I have a doctor's appointment day after tomorrow n i m hoping she wud tell me some good news.. i m ready for anything.. either i shd hav my periods or i shd get it positive.. i m 17 days overdue now :( lets see how it goes.. so wassup with u all?? any body got BFP this cycle :) Good luck :) ↑

So i went ot doctor last week.. all tests were negative :( She did sonogram on me.. n there was nothing in there.. she dint give me medicines for my periods as i have never missed my cycle. So i hav another appointment scheduled on this friday and if still i dnt show positive pregnancy..i guess she wud give me medication to have my periods.. so lets see how it goes.. I m not disheartened now.. i just want to be normal now :).. so feeling good. Sorry for late reply.. hav been really busy with work.. so wassup with u guys? ↑

yeah i m ok.. its been just one month that we were TTC n missed my cycle.. so i got excited. but now i m keeping cool.. so wud give u guys update next week.. this friday i m hoping doc wud tell me something good or atleast i wud prepare for my next cycle.. no worries now.. keeping pretty cool.. thanks to u all for responding.. it feels good to discuss all this.. even id we all are strangers to each other :) thanks n good luck to all who are waiting for BFP!!!!! ↑

so i dnt hav any good news.. infact my doc shattered my heart with the worst news.. i never expected it .. its like u knw ppl do it bt when it happens to u.. man does it hurt or does it really hurt :(((( I am suffering from PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and i cant concieve .. god this word breaks my heart.. the docs word.. when they strike my ear.. its like someone has put hot iron on me.. it burns so much.. but i m over with it now.. its been almost a week that I got this news.. so i m ready to be on medication n then my doc is hoping that we shpuld concieve in next 3 months otherwise she wud run more tests.. I m not dishearteend.. may be God s testing me n my hubby.. we shd be fine.. one thing i wanna tell u all.. my hubby is so so so so supportive of me.. he hugged me as i creid like a baby when doc told me all this.. but we both are fine now.. we wud leave this behind us n will hav a healthy baby by next year :) wish me luck guys.. hope things are good for others.. tk cr ↑

newmomtobe- I'm sorry to hear about eveything thats going on. At least you know whats up now. Alot of women suffer from PCOS, and with new medications and knowledge its becoming easier for women with PCOS to concieve. Don't think that God is testing you and your DH, but God never puts us through test. And will never make you go through something that he knows you can not handle. All this are possible through him and him alone. Keep your hope and faith up. I hope you do get pregnant soon. kepp us posted. ↑

newmomtobe- I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15. I'd only had 4 periods by then and I started getting them when I was 11. When my husband and I decided to try for a baby all I did was go off birth control and I was pregnant within 5 months. My point is, don't let doctors discourage you. All my doctors were surprised that I got pregnant at all, but I never really thought about it. It's a very common problem with women nowadays and may make it take longer to concieve, but shouldn't pose too much of a problem by itself. I know a ton of women with PCOS who got pregnant right away as well as many women who were told it was impossible for them to concieve and they were pregnant within a year(by accident because the docs told them they couldn't). So keep thinking positively. I'm a strong believer in the powers of positive and negative thinking. ↑

All women are obviously different, but my best friend has this. She was told she would probably never concieve. Tell that to the 3 children she has now. I admit their ages are far apart and it took a lot of trys, but I've seen these 3 impossible children for mysel. ;) ↑

I read a lot about PCOS and thay all dnt deny that I cant get pregnant but yeah the doc did break my heart by being ruthless.. newez..no hard feelings for anyone. In December of 2005 I missed my period and all pg tests were neg. So in January my dr sent me for an ultrasound which showed PCOS. She told me not to get too discouraged and we'd hope for AF in Feb and if not we'd do an ultrasound again in March before confirming diagnosis. No AF in February so I went for an ultrasound in March. Much to my suprise, rather then hearing that I'd never have children on my own without medical intervention... I was told that I was 6 weeks pregnant. In October 2006 I gave birth to my beautiful girl. Periods have been fairly regular since and no concern of PCOS. So keep your chin up... miracles happen every day. Things aren't always as they seem! ↑

wow JLK.. good for u.. i alsready missed my 2 periods n all tests are negative.. so i m on pill which would make me have my periods n then i wud be starting the medications soon.. i m very hopeful that something good wud happen in few months.. thanks for sharing ur story.. god bless ya ↑
