My period is 11 days late. I usually start exactly 31/2-4wks after the end date of my last period. The last period I had was July 26-29. It didnt come this time(Aug24-26-ish) and I'm wondering could I be pregnant. I have slight pains in my lower stomach area, from time to time. I'm also more tired than usual, and i have more discharge than usual daily. some days its light and other days its moderate-heavy. I took one hpt on Sept 2nd and it came back negative. Is it possible that I may be pregnant and if so, how much longer should i wait to test again??? ↓
Take another test once a week has passed, using first morning pee. hCG hormone doubles every few days. If you are still negative when two weeks late, the chances are that something else is causing your signs. Call a doc to help figure it out if you miss a second period. Good luck!. ↑
Thank u Grandpa Viv...I'm just reading this response. I took a new test this morning. One of the lines was bold and the other was very faint so does that mean maybe or maybe not??...and if i go to a doctor should just get a normal check up or what?? ↑
That sounds like a positive test. Wait a few days and take another to double check - the second line should then be darker. Meanwhile start your prenatal vitamins. The doc will not care if you wait until missing a second period before making an appointment. Good luck! ↑
