I'm a 25 year old mother of 2 and i'm currently about 7 or 8 weeks along. I haven't made it to the doctors yet because of insurance reason but thats moving along smoothly. Anyhow i've been having all the normal aches and pains that come along with being pregnant but all day saturday I was having awful-awful cramps ones i've never had before and then the day before yesterday I was in the shower and I dunno if it's the hot water that makes me nausus but every time I take a shower I throw up. Anyways while I was throwing up monday afternoon I passed a quater sized, fleshy colored clot of some kind... what was this? Then to freak me out a little more monday night i was having those same crampy feelings in my lower back and I was so-so-so cold I couldn't move... OMG whats happening to me? I know they say every pregnancy is different plus i'm a little older now then I was when I had my other 2, but good lord i seriously feel like i'm dying! This is what really scares me... Last summer I was about 7 or 8 weeks along in my pregnancy, I went to the ER because something just didn't feel right to me and when I did I got some bad news, my baby was dying, it's heartbeat was unbeilevably low and wasn't measuring up correctly. so they gave me 2 choices I could wait it out until it died, hope that my body get rid of it plus risk getting an infection or have a what the called partial abortion which in my understanding was pretty much a D & C. So Against all that I believe in I got the abortion. I just don't wanna have to make that choice again! HELP!!!

The horrible cramping, is it all over or on the left side of tummy? I had this in both pregnancies and it ended up being constipation. I felt so stupid! But I honestly felt like I was dying. I recognize it now but I still sometimes wonder if I'm going to die! And I had been constipated before but NEVER like when I'm pregnant! Try a stool softner, see if it helps

Well I know it can't be constipation because me and pooping are just fine!!!

Was there blood in the clot? Have you had any spotting or bleeding? It seems pretty hard to imagine that you passed the baby or any uterine lining and there was no blood. Could your doctor see you any sooner b/c of your past history? I know you say there are insurance issues but it sounds like you should be seen ASAP.

No, no blood, no spotting, no nothing thats why I think it's so weird. I didn't think of grabing it before it washed away so i'm completly clueless on what it was! I know I need to just suck it up and go to the doctor with or without insurance but the bills is just stress me out even more!!!

Hang in there Coralee, I know how you feel. I am about 6 weeks and they aren't sure what is happening with my baby either. They are having a hard time seeing the heartbeat and I am so afraid to be alone because I am afraid to miscarry alone in the house. I think you should let nature takes it course and wait it out. I know it is difficult but it maybe for the best. Hang in there, My prayers and thoughts are with you.
