This is my second pregnancy and for a week or so now I have been noticing a certain smell when I use the bathroom and around the toilet (tmi). It reminds me of the same smell when I was delivering my first baby and my obgyn just ordered an ultrasound because my fluid is low. Do you think I have a slow leak I never noticed? ↓
From my birthing classes, they said that amniotic fluid shouldn't have a smell. If its green it might then- but if that the case u need to get to hospital ASAP. ↑
hi, im in the exact same position, this is my secind child and i am 37 weeks and 2 days into my pregnancy, and for the last 3 or 4 days i have noticed a strange smell, and its just getting stronger, it doesnt matter how many times i shower a day, i have also noticed alot of watery discharge, it has got to the point where i am wearing pads to stay clean. and i'd like to know what its all about, i never went through any of this with my first child, but i was induced at 38 weeks due to gestational diabetes, so really all this is kind of new to me.... ↑
