Is anyone on antidepressants? My dr recently prescibed Lexapro to me to help me out as far as dealing with being a single mother etc.. I had to stop taking it b/c it was making me exhausted and giving me zero motivation to do anything.. I'm going back in a few weeks and I know he will have me try another antidepressant.. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? ↓
I'm a single mom too and I have always had a problem with depression so when i realized last summer that I was pregnant ( and was going to be solo on this) I was a wreck!! I was especially worried about ppd so I checked into it and read somewhere (dont remember where) that simply taking Omega 3-6-9 vitamins can help with depression. So I tried it and my son is now 6 months old and I have yet to have anymore problems with depression! I havent even had to take anything for anxiety, which went hand in hand with my depression all my life. So now I'm doing really good **with no side effects!! :) I would really recommend trying it!
