Hi, this is my first pregnancy. I am about 6 weeks along and already my breasts have grown immensly and are in constant pain. Of course, sleeping is the worst time. Does anyone have any tips on comfort? Thank you in advance!

I had the worst breast pain, felt like knives cutting through them. Take deep breaths, sometimes massaging or pressing on the areas helps but sometimes it doesnt. Lay in the bath tub if it's prolonged, that seems to make it a little better. After a while, you should move on from that symptom. I had mine on and off for 1-2 months.

Mine hurt until 13 weeks - A sleep bra helps at night time, letting them loose is actually worse when you are pregnant. Keep them tight - sports bras, etc. Worked great for me- I went from a C to an F in 18 weeks. And they hurt!!!! good luck

Hi again. I had a friend also suggest a sports bra and it has helped. Last night I slept without it and this morning I could feel the difference. Massaging has also helped, but that has to be done VERY carefully. Thanks for the tips ladies!
