My 11 month old ds doesn't walk yet. This morning I noticed that the creases were bruised under one foot. I've never seen this on anyone before. It looks like someone traced the wrinkles on the bottom of his foot with a purple/reddish pen. What could this be? Trauma to his foot somehow? ↓
It sounds like it could be a birthmark of sorts. My brother has a reddish purple birthmark all over the soles of his feet. I wouldn't worry about your son not walking at 11 months. Walking at 11 months is still considered a bit early, especially for boys. ↑
