hii ladies.
just wanted to drop in real quick.
didn't get to hear the heartbeat on the doppler yesterday.
so i asked for a ultrasound.. just for peace of mind.
i went today for my u/s. i got to see the little heartbeat and hear it. 162 bpm. very very excited!! they didn't tell me exactly what the lil peanut measured or the gesational age.. but the nurse did say that the radiologist or whoever was going to look it over and call my doctor. so i guess we'll see. the nurse said everything looked fine tho.
so that's good.
Congrats klc,glad to hear everyhting is going well,i cant wait till my next appointment,weird this is my 4th baby but it never gets old for me lol.Hope everyone else is feeling better,cant wait till we all hit the 2nd trimester its so much better,a whole lot of exciting things happen then,whoo hoo. ↑
quick question.
as i've said.. this is my first baby.
so i'm new to all this.
when i got my ultrasound (yesterday).. they didn't give me any measurements or the estimated gestational age.
i've heard of others getting that info this early.
on the pics they took.
it says 10 weeks.
now... as of yesterday according to my last period i'm 11 weeks.
soo... is that 10 week on the u/s pic the gestational age or what?
im confused! ↑

Hello Lovelies. KLC--Congrats on the wonderful u/s! I am not sure about the gestational age on your u/s. I wouldn't worry if the age is behind by a week as long as the hb was SO awesome...sometimes we ovulate later than what we calculate and that can make the age different. My last u/s pic says gest age 7w4d, which was 2 days ahead of schedule, but the tech said my due date was Jan 19, which is 4 days later than I calculated with my last period, so I dunno exactly how they figure out the age, i think it is by the measurement on the sac? I go for my u/s Tuesday for the measurement of the nuchal fold and I am SOOO excited to see my peanut. They tried to listen to the hb with the doppler at my visit last week (I was 1 day shy of 10 wks) and they could only hear my hb, so i can't wait to get another u/s! My nausea is still lingering, the girls are still sore, and I have headaches here and there. I can't believe I am 11 weeks today..got my preggie jeans on that I bought last night at Old Navy..they are actually cute..low rise (with big band above the rise LOL). The jeans I looked at Penneys and Sears were ACID WASH..ugh. I am so glad I found some decent ones! Best of luck to you too on Tues at your appt Austynsmommy...can't wait to hear your update. Just checking in to see how everyone's weekend was and how you are all doing with symptoms. I have my big u/s tomorrow, a little nervous, but also very excited. just another week and a half and it will be time to move to the 2nd tri board! ↑
Cyndi, good luck tomorrow. Sono's are so exciting! I went two days with no throwing up and thought I was over the hump, but last night was awful and today hasn't been much fun either. But, I have said this a million times, it reasures me that this pregnancy is progressing as it should. I am over 11 weeks now, so getting closer to the sencond trimester as well. Hope all you ladies are doing well. ↑
Hi everyone. Just thought I update everyone. 13 weeks 2day (tuesday) and does that put me in the second trimester? Went to the doctors and I got my results back everything is looking god and healthy and my risk for Down Syndrome is 1 in 35300 which is excellent. And she also put me in the 2nd tri what does others think? Well no more nausea just soooo hungry. Lol. Hope everyone is doing well :D

As for me, they called me yesterday to reschedule my u/s appt to Thursday at 2pm. Grrr. I was peeved to have to wait another 2 days, like pushing Christmas 2 more days forward! So I go tomorrow for the detailed nuchal scan, they said it will last about an hour and a half, I can't wait to see the little peanut in there moving around! wow - second trimester for a lot of people already!! I'm 11 weeks, 4 days...so I'm getting kinda close. See ya over there!! HOw is everyone feeling? Right now I'm starving, so I'm going to go get lunch after I'm done typing :) I've been feeling good. I just keep reminding myself that everything is fine with the baby...even though I can't really feel anything different. My next appt. is July 18th...it seems like forever away right now. Glad things are going well!! ↑
I hear ya,my next appointment is July 22nd and it seems like an eternity,ill be 13 weeks then,I just hit 10 weeks 1 day today.Last night my m/s was horrible cant wait till its gone,hiope everyone and their beans are doing well today. ↑

If you have a chance, please duck over there, and give me your opinions! I know it's crazy, but for some reason, this is a big source of tension in my house right now. I'm doing well...still not really feeling pregnant, other than the occasionally tug/streching in my belly...and I'm still tired. But, I think that's because I'm still taking progesterone for a feww more days...

WOW most everyone is gone! Thats a good thing tho! I'm 12w4d so only a few more days and i'll be movin on over. I am glad to hear that for the most part everyone is doing good. so sorry about those still left with m/s! mine has pretty much evaporated. next dr's appt is on july 23rd. i'll be one day shy of 15wks. at that appt i'll be scheduling the next u/s. which means i will be finding out the sex soon! see all you ladies over in the second trimester!!! ↑
Wow, it's hard to believe we will be on the 2nd tri board in the next few days! I had my detailed u/s last Thursday and measured right on track and had hb of 156. Little peanut was wiggling it's arms and legs and I fell in LOVE. I had to go back today for blood work to test for downs (I am 35) and they had to re-do the u/s to re-measure, so I got to see lil bean again! Peanut was sleeping with it's little hands on it's face and after some prodding by the tech, started kicking it's little legs in protest. HB was 161 today..I am SOOO very happy. I am 12w2d and go back to the doc on the 31st. My nausea has pretty much disappeared (YAY) and just left with fatigue and growing, sore breasts! Oh, and of course the constant visits to tinkle..they have picked up now more in the middle of the night...I will hop over to the second tri board at the end of the week. Hey All! Glad to know many of you are feeling better, and I as well can't wait to join the second trimester board. I'm 12w4d, and had my IPS ultrasound on Friday. It was too funny, because baby was curled up as though he or she was trying to sleep. Everytime the ultrasound technician pressed on my belly, the baby would sort of kick and swat as if to say "leave me alone"! Today, I got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time via doppler, when I went for my first OB appointment. I asked if we could try, but the Dr. was a bit hesitant because he said it's still pretty early, and that it would freak me out if I couldn't hear it. It worked out well though, because he picked up the heartbeaI right away. Also, I honestly think that I've felt the baby move (just the faintest tapping sensation) a few times, but perhaps it's just gas!!! Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well, and a healthy happy nine months all around! ↑
