Brown spots and cramps???

I'm not sure what it is but i've been having brown spots and getting somewhat cramps. i have no idea what it is. well the thing is i'm always late on my period. i had my pms last month on the 12th of march. but i'm always skipping a month at times. please someone help me out here?!!!! ↓
