CMV and Pregnancy?

Ok, I don't know if I have been exposed to CMV or not, I just had a blood test done and won't have results until Friday. The reason they had me do the test was on my last scan there was a spot on the baby's liver. I have googled CMV and it's pretty scary, hearing loss, vision loss and MR, etc. Just wanted to hear any personal experiances. ↓
