Question: Days of searching and comparing have led me to this conclusion: I might be pregnant, I might not. lol.
DH and I were not planning to actively try for another year or two yet, but I ran out of BC and one thing after another puts me here, 22 days without the BC hormone in my system.
No idea either way...lots of factors come into play in this one:
He's had a child (prev. marriage) and I have not.
He's 34, I'm 21.
He's smoked and drank (daily) since he was 15, I've smoked for 4 years.
I've been on BC for 6 years, had irregular periods before I started BC, but have been reg. 28 while on it.
We've had intercourse nearly every day since my last period stopped (April 27), just as we usually would.
My CM was EW for the 3 days surrounding the day I would have ovulated if I remained on a 28 day cycle.
...just not sure if I'd stick to a reg. 28 cycle after BC if I were irregular before I went on BC? Hmm...
I think based on those factors I'm about 50-50, DH insists that his "guys" are unstoppable...he figures its more like 75-25. LOL
After the initial week or so of panic and worry, I guess I've joined the TWW club. ETA for AF: May 22/2008

Answer: It's definitely a possibility that you are pg. I was on bc and missed only one week of my pill and got pg with DS who is now nearly 8 months old. It can definitley happen. lol. I am now 2 days late for AF, another slipup of the pill, but this time I only missed 2 days... lol... I guess I am a little forgetful. If I am pg, then after this one is born I think I will be getting an IUD(not sure if thats what its called or not?) put in. Hope all goes well, and your tww doesnt take too long... :) =
Answer: OMG! i am almost in exactly the same boat you are in. My last period was April 26 and i rean out of BC as well! I have also been on BC for the last 6 years and am/have been very regular. I'm waiting until the end of this week to test. However, my boyfriend of 6 years said to me the other day, "are you pregnant?" Because he had noticed the my nipples were sensitive for the last week! So, i guess we will see. it's def. not planned, but we would still be very happy if i was =) =
Answer: You could be pg. My sister was off her bc for maybe a week or two and she now has a son that will 4 in June. =
Answer: Hey guys. From the answers above...im starting to question myself. I started BC recently (now my 3rd month) my periods have been F'n crazy..actually bled/spotted for almost the WHOLE 2nd month! went to the Dr and she said it was too low dosage for me and told me to finish out this pack and start on a new brand next month... the past week Ive been getting random cramps and had hartburn for the 1st time ever the other day also weird discharge. Now my boobs are pretty sore (like it feels when Im guna start) but I def shouldnt be yet. dear god i hope not lol. They did give me a Preg Test but it was neg.. I guess my question is...since it was too low dosage for me is even likely that I could have gotten pregnant and not shown up on the test yet?.. or is this most likely hormone side effects 3 months into the BC??? =
Answer: I am on the TWW as well. Not worried one way or the other, because after several months of frustration I have decided to just ad lib this cycle. But AF is due the 30, so I am right there with ya!
