kimmer: from the last thread, i was on pelvic rest because of the bleeding i had at the beginning and my doc wanted us to not compromise anything while i was taking the progesterone. it's all good, though. i mean REALLY good lol. it was wonderful to be able to be romantic with my husband. i'm just terrified because i'm scared of my progesterone going back down, but i try not to worry as much. lol, i think the s/e from my progesterone were worse than the symptoms of pregnancy. now that i'm off it, i don't feel like i have m/s anymore or anything. ↑
Well guys cd 21 and bad news my bbt was 96.9 I don't get it I guess the clomid is not out of my system my temps went 96.59, 96.8, 97.34, 97.9, 96.9 even if I ovulated a few days ago the most I could be is 4dpo thats too soon for an implantation dip 5dpo is the earliest right now my regular temp is 99.0 so maybe it will be higher in the am butI am afraid no O again ^^ we'll see. ↑
not sure about the clomid hoping it messed my cycle up so bad I usually O cd 21-24 on my own but I have no idea if I will or not because of clomid no O last month and this month maybe not again my cbfm has said high fertility since cd 2 so I hope u have a better outcome you can O ideally from cd 14-19 thats 5-10 days after last pill. Well having problems with my pc so i may not be on for a while but who knows. Anyhow I am like cd6 i think! AF is gone!!!!!!!!! But Clomid is just as bad...lol... I have a lot of side effects from it now. This morning I was sick and threw up in the car! It gives me a head ache. THe worst is it makes me mean!!! I am not happy about n e thing. Itt also makes me veryyyyyyyyyyyy tired. I can't stay awake after I take it!!!! Schar sorry to hear about you girl. There is still hope. Well good luck everyone. ↑
schar: i found out i was pg on the 24th of march (on my 3rd day of clomid. i thought i'd had a period) and had an ultrasound two days later. well, after my u/s i got up from the table and started bleeding heavily and bled almost all day. i had horrible cramps and was passing tissue so i was told i had a m/c. two weeks later, they did bloodwork to check my betas to make sure they were going down so we could try again, but instead of being around 100, they were at 19,000 so they did an ultrasound and found that my baby was still there and even saw the heartbeat. that day they put me back on progesterone and put me on pelvic rest so nothing would bother my insides until the second trimester. so here i am at 14w now, i stopped my progesterone 2 days ago, and i'm kind of nervous because i've had small cramps here and there, but i had them with the progesterone and my big sis said she had them too. anyway, that's the really shortened version of what happened lol. kimmer and a few of the other ladies were there through the whole thing with me. **mama4andmore** my doc told me that if the s/e are too much for me, i could take them at night and i did and it worked because i slept through most of the nausea and dizzyness. ↑
Is it normal for CLomid to cause Like bad AF cramps and bloating? Usually I not bloated anymore but tonight I feel horrible. I take it at night usually around 9-10 but tonight omg my stomach is cramping downlow Is this ok? ↑
it does cause bad cramping but you have to keep in mind where you got it from thats what happend to me you should get checked for a cyst if at the end of the month you still have problems good luck ↑
Hi Ladies.. Hoping Im starting Bcps if af shows her ugly face cause the doc wants my ovaries to get back to normal since clomid stimulates them.. I am doing the HSG which is the dye test as soon as Af finishes if she shows up while on BCps. the BCps is also a must when doing Ivf, Cause you start with injectibles cd21 for 3 weeks. .Im a bit scared. so far this month with my normal cycle no signs at all. So i know im not preggers.. ↑

Hi everyone. Tonight is my last day of clomid. I am taking days 2-6. I have had no side effects, maybe a few hot flashes, but nothing too much. I have actually been in a great mood and my dh is very suprised. I had given him a big warning about the possibility of me being VERY moody. This Friday I am going in for my HSG and am a liitle nervous. Has anyone done this? Does it hurt?* Mama, it sucks that you are having side effects but it's almost over.* Teddy: how long were you ttc before you conceived? I need hope.*Schar* Do you have an ultra sound to tell you when you will ovulate. I will be doing this next week, then I will have trigger shots to release my egg and then it's time to bd. hi girls, kimmer i'm fine thank you, saw my daughter today she's got big head and big eyes like her father, was a bit jealous but hopefully by the time we meet she'll be looking more like me. healthy and big even though i don't have a tummy that shows i'm pregars. 20 weeks kimmer half way there, still enjoying her moves though but in a hurry to see her in person. Kimmer good work, ur right, we definately need 2 threads per month :) As Hoping suggested on the last thread, I'll tell my story again for the newcomers and also to bring some positive energy. We are married for 4 yrs, started TTC in Feb 06 after stopped taking pills. Fell pregnant in Nov 06 but MC around 5 wks. Rested 3 months before TTC again but still no news. A fren introduced me to a fertility clinic in June 07, started charting for my 1st cycle with them, it was along 43 days cycle. They put me on clomid 50mg for 3 days & progestrone to induce my af, didn't O this cycle. Sept 07 50mg for 5 days & progestrone, O'ed successfully, but too early. Oct 07 still on same dosage, but forgot to take clomid the last 2 days, therefore no O.Nov 07, same dosage + Naltrexone 4.5mg (everyday), no O. Dec 07, clomid increased to 100mg, stop progesterone, still taking Naltraxone everyday, & Vit B6 from cd1 to after O'ed, also start Pregnyl injections, successful O. Doctor said my body finally back to normal with good level of everything. Jan 07 same medications & dosage, succesful O and BFP!!! So ladies, I have come a long way too and finally when my body is ready just as the doc said, I fell pregnant the 2nd month!!! Now, my baby is 16wks, went U/S last wk, doc said baby is very healthy ^_^ waiting for anatomy test at 19wks, we will find out baby gender then. Very exciting, another 5 months we will meet our little angel. Like Bul said, we were once where you are and now we are pregnant, you will be next, just keep positive thinking!!! On 3rd cycle day 3-7 100mg clomid. My period was so bad but is only lasted 3 day I am a little worried because it did not last long is that normal? tomrrow is day 7 clomid. ↑
Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been on in a while but I've been visiting my parents and its hard to find the time to log in. My father's much worse then I thought he would be (w/his ALS) and had to go to the ER today and be admitted to the hospital. DH is still in TX, so there's no baby making going on w/me! Kimmer I only took 100mg this month for 1 day and stopped cause the cyst, I O on my own before cd 25 but I know I won't this month I am following the same pattern as last month, I had an egg last month but it didn't release I believe cause the clomid which I am done with. It will be out of my system not next cycle but the beginning of July. thanks for the encouragement everyone but Clomid did this and it takes a full 60 days to be out of your system my bbt today was 97.15 it is impossible that I O'd with these temps even had EWCM this month and last and my temps were all over the place before clomid I did not have this problem at all I am gonna have to see a RE but I can't until we get different insurance which really upsets me I may not have a baby for quite some time I guess all I can do is wait Clomid won't be out of my system till June 29th so hopefully it won't influence my cycles after that I am so upset I am worse off after the meds. ↑

Why, just out of curiousity, had you started it in the first place if you ovulated on your own? **Fatz** Don't lose hope yet.... you never know.... I have been working really hard on having optimistic thoughts. Even going so far as to imagine the egg meeting sperm after BD. Today is cd 16.... no ovulation yet... had two days of almost positive OPKS, then two days of barely there... weird. So we'll see.Maybe it was clomid working out of my system. I am cd 5-9 with that, so maybe I will ovulate later since I almost always ovulated cd 15 on days 3-7... we'll see. I'm trying to be positive! :). I think the cyst is just another reason I won't ovulate my cycle should start june 1st or 2nd my bbt was only 96.9 cd 23. I started clomid cause I had late ovulation and to see if I could get healthier eggs, and I have a luteal phase defect between 9-12 days. Baby dust to you girls hope this is your month cause next month is mine! ↑

cd 24 bbt 96.94 oral 97.27 vag if my temp doesn't go up tomorrow I'm out for 2x in a row I hope next cycle works thin k I may need to wait till july though ↑
Hi ladies!! cd 6 for me. 4th day of clomid for me. Hot flashes have gotten better but the lower abdominal discomfort is killing me. Its not painful per se but its like a tender dull ache and its hard to get comfortable in any position. Hopefully that means its doing its job. **QUESTION** Do the side effects of clomid go away once you stop taking it or do they continue throughour the whoel month?**Mama4** What are you experiencing? ↑
