Delivery with Lichen Simplex Chronicus of the Perineum?

Is anyone out there suffering from LSC and worried about a vaginal delivery? Or has anyone with LSC, LS or LP already gone through a vaginal delivery? I would love to talk to some people in the same boat as I am to see what could help the skin during delivery. My OB knows nothing about it and I can't seem to find anyone else who has this condition and is or has been pregnant or delivered a baby vaginally. Please help if you can. ↓
