I have a great chicken recipe that is really easy. I call it Chicken on the Ritz. You cook your chicken (I do about 3-4 chicken breasts because I like the leftovers). I cut the chicken into cubes for easier cooking and makes bite sizes already. Once the chicken is cooked combine one can of cream of chicken soup and 2-3 cups of sour cream. Mix the chicken, soup and sour cream together in a baking dish. Place in the oven at 375 for 15 min. Add crushed ritz crackers to the top and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. I serve with rice or noodles. ↓
