Answer: Well, I googled ginger root capsules, and everything I read seemed to point to them as a great cure for morning sickness. Based on that, I would say, use away, sister! =

Answer: I got the preggie pop drops from Babies"R"Us, and they took the edge off for me. They also contain ginger. It is also a good idea to have a can of warm clear soda, or other clear carbonated drink at your bedside, along with some crackers, or a piece of bread. I will be 37 weeks on thursday and this worked wonders for me with both my daughter and this pregnancy.  =

Answer: my nausea never got really bad and I was taking ginger tablets from my acupuncturist. I didn't even know they helped nausea until she told me later. Also I found Perrier to work wonders on my tummy. I'd drink it plain (I got the lime flavored) on ice or mixed it with a splash of fruit juice.  =
