HELLP syndrome

Anyone knows if there is a genetic cause or autoimmune cause for HELLP syndrome (hemolysis, liver enzyme elevated and low platelet counts)? Nothing bad occured to me until 7 month during the pregnancy. Then I needed to deliver the baby in the urgency. The cause is unknowed so far but They think it may be some fibrin depot in the small blood vessels , so it looks like the red blood cells are going to a strainer, are shredded and destroyed, so the liver is not supply in blood and get ischemia with necrosis. Well the Baby is fine, he was 4 pounds and 10 ounces (2.140 kg) at 34 weeks of pregnancy (baby delivery date) with a apgar score of 9/10 at birth, it could have been worse, he needed to stay at the NICU for 3 weeks. Now, he is 9 kg at 9 months and is healthy. I got the HELLP but my twin sister (we are identical twins) just got a baby , and did not have (a baby of 3.9120 kg). I made a blood test (coagulations factors) but they did not find anything. I guess maybe some autoimmune disorder... no idea. Any comments or knowledge about this syndrome would be good.
