Hcg count up after M/C

Help, I had a micarriage on Wednesday and on Friday my HCG went up from 160-80 to 306?? I think. does this mean ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone ever heard of HCG levels going back up?? The Nurse said there is something there, maybe ectopic? ↓
