So my daughter is almost 1 yr and I am trying to wean her from formula to soy milk. I don't remember how I did it with my son but I was wondering if I slowly start replacing her cups of formula with soy? Right now she usually has a bottle of formula when she wakes up in the A.M. then a midday bottle then again before bed. Should I start by replacing the midday with soy or do I just go cold turkey and go all at once? Thanks in advance!! ↓

When I weaned my kids I started by mixing the bottles with a combination of formula/milk. Then as time went by I just increased the milk and decreased the formula until they were on all milk. I'd probably switch the daytime right away and then morning and lastly the blessed nighttime bottle. I will be right behind you, my baby is 9 months. ↑

I just start about 10 months giving whole milk in a sippy for mealtime and formula in the bottles when they have a bottle. Then at 1 year I completely swicth to just whole milk in a sippy. Is soy as nutritious as whole milk? Sorry but I have never read the label. ↑
