How soon is it normal to be nauseous during pregnancy?

I am 4 weeks pregnant and I was nauseous the day after I got pregnant, and me stomach has been upset ever since that day. I have gone to the doctor but didnt really want to ask him. I have never actually vomited, just had little burps, but my stomach is uneasy constantly whether I eat or not. After I eat I end up getting diarrhea instead of vomiting. Is this normal at all? And is it normal to be nauseous from the day of pregnancy? ↓

I have heard of women starting the nausea the day they get pregnant. I would suggest eating every few hours, whether it's a few crackers or a meal. Just keep your stomach from becoming empty. Also I have heard ginger helps. ↑

With my first the morning sickness began the morning after I got my BFP. At that point I was 3 weeks 4 days, so, yes, it is very normal and possible. Congratulations by the way!! ↑

are you having any other symptoms such as pain in your stomach after eating? Usually diarrhea doesn't go with pregnancy-if anything it's usually constipation. If this continues, especially if you start getting dehydrated, I would let your dr know in case he wants to do any other testing. ↑
