I am 22 weeks along and I am lactating ALOT. I was told that lactation at 22 weeks was a little early but nothing to be alarmed about BUT it is ALOT. How much is normal? Im getting a little freaked out by constantly leaking.

Actually, most milk starts to come in about 20 weeks into the pregnancy. Most women don't notice it unless some sort of pressure is applied to make it come out, but some women just have it leak out on it's own as well. Nothing to worry about, it's a good sign!!

Oh, you could try nursing pads, good ones are Lansinoh nursing pads. They are really thin and can't be seen under clothing.

I agree with crystal82 - it is perfectly normal - some women make more milk than others, so you may leak more than others you know. I saw an interesting breast pad called "Lillypadz" that are much thinner and made of silicone so they don't bunch like a cotton pad. They might be worth looking at if you are leaking through already.
