I have a pain that shoots down my vagina area. It comes and goes, its more likely to happen when standing or walking. Im 33 weeks pregnant. I have a short torso, and Im short (5 feet), I think I have dropped. I heard that lightening could mean labor is 2-4 weeks away, is it true? I have had this for a few weeks, but it has increased in intensity since. ↓
Sounds like it might be SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction). Does it hurt more when rolling over in bed, trying to stand on one foot (like to get dressed in the morning), or getting in and out of the car? If so, try to talk to your OBGYN about it. Hopefully he/she will be sympathetic. I found a lot of relief from massage therapy, but you really need to find someone who specializes in pregnant women. ↑
