Answer: Hey Luv!!! Missed ya girlie! Gotta love the intro to the new thread. That is so cute :-D Yeah, I hope the sleep fairy visits me real soon. LOL He will be a month on the 7th. I can't wait until I can start feeding him a little cereal so that he will sleep longer. Girl he is really having a strong appetite. He will eventually start sleeping more than 1 and a half to 2 hours. Soon he will be up to 4 or so. I can't wait. I can deal with that better, you know? I put up some new pics on myspace. Not much though. Hey today, I started my workout schedule. I was trying to wait long enough to let my body be healed enough to start. I walked 3miles, did push ups and lunges. I feel great!!!! Though I'm back to my size 6 (just had to squeeze that in cuz I'm so happy. LOL!) I have to tone up some for the summer time. LOL Anyways, enough of me babbling on. What's going on with you? Have you finished your paper? How did it go? What's next on the ttc schedule? Let's get it crackin! LOL Did DH do the sperm analysis yet? =

Answer: Don't forget to toast a helythy and happy ttc cycle for yourself luv! Eek, 4 days to poke day.....might as well be 3 since today is almost over. babybrain - well you already know we missed you! I guess he got out of the 'i wanna sleep all the time' phase they go through the first week. Ya look good girlie! I just want my belly to shrink back down, other than that I don't care. I swear it looks like I grew overnight. I hope you get some sleep soon. When are you going back to work? I've been busting my butt still. I cleaned my daughter's room this morning and the little sneak had a drawer full of bowls hidden with food she didn't wanna eat. Thank God it didn't have mold on it or attract bugs! I took her shopping for some new pj's because I got her some in her size not too long ago and they just barely fit and she outgrew them already. I also cleaned out my trunk and backseat, put together the stroller and carseat and got them both put in the car. Did a load of laundry and got some of the baby stuff opened up. Time is getting short! =

Answer: what's up girlies! Babybrain!!! glad u liked the intro! heehee! I bet it is so hard not being able to sleep. I am a hard sleeper(or I can be) so it is going to be interesting to see how dh and i work that out!!! But kudos to you girlie! You are already working on getting back in shape! I hope I am able to get back in shape quickly. Well, Nuthin much going on here...just bd marathons and more bd marathons! dh hasn't done his sperm analysis. I know. it sucks. I keep leaving it up to him to go buy the kit at walgreens and he hasn't done it...so guess I will have to. I really want to try the preseed but....i think I may hold off until dh starts with his other job. I am still ttc, but I may not try anything extra until I know that we are stable again. Which will be very soon. Kay! LMAO! That is so funny about dd hiding the bowls of food!!! too funny! yes, thank you. I did forget about myself didn't I? i have to admit ladies...I am getting sorta worried. I mean it has been a while since I started ttc and nothing. ~lips poked out~ but I am trying to stay positive, I know it will happen....I just want to know when!!!!!!!!! Dang it Beavis!!!! anyways...at least I have you girls. I know that there is no way I could get through this without my girlies!!!! enough about me.....Kay! OMG!!!! You are so going to have a son very soon!!!! same goes for you chic!! make sure you post pics asap. I bet he's going to be a cutie pie too! well, I better let dh check his e-mail...he is really annoying me!!! I'll check in tomorrow! Luv ya girls! =

Answer: Babybrain, (just a comment from the other thread) I just wanted to tell you that I am glad to hear another young couple taking marriage seriously. People get married for the wrong reasons these days and they think that divorce is the easy way out. I had so many people tell me that I was too young for marriage...but I knew that dh was my Godsend and our relationship was ready for the next step. It is so true when they say that you know when you are ready! so anyways...just wanted to give kudos for the young married couples doing big thangs! (as you say..LOL!) =

Answer: Thanks Kay for the compliment! I'm tryin to get myself together. Don't worry, you will look great. Hell, you already look great. You're all belly so you don't have anything to worry about. 3 Days to go!!! Yippee! With all the preparing you are doing, by the time you look up, you'll be rolling into the OR. I see you've gotten a lot more done. That's fantastic. Don't kill yourself though. Trust me. Even after all of the things I did to prepare, when I finally got home, I didn't even realize it because I was so busy with other things to do. Thanx to you too Luv. Yeah we're (me and you) doin BIG thangs in reference to being married. I see you're catchin on to my lingo Beavis. LOL That is SO true. People really don't take marriage seriously. I didn't and don't want to be a DIVORCED woman (not saying anything bad about those who are). Although I understand that there are unfortunate situations which really may require one to do so. I was trying to decrease the likelihood of it happening to me by really taking the time (some years) to really get to know my husband and allowing us to go thru some things in order to decide whether our relationship was strong enough to endure some of the hardest situations. Its amazing that we've been together 7yrs and we still have a strong attachment and attraction to each other. Geez! He is still jealous and protective over me (like some high school kid LOL). Its kinda cute though. I'm sure DH is the same with you. Congratulations to you and your marriage. Happy "Early" Anniversary. Wishing you many more years to come. Oh and lets not forget the babydust and babyjuice.............Oh and hcg pee! =

Answer: Heylthy? haha what was I thinking? I can't decide if I'm tired and want to sit or if I'm bored and want to go out. My husband still needs to put the crib together and once I get the bedding in that's about it besides packing. I have maybe 2 loads of laundry at best and I could probably get a little more detailed with my cleaning job but it's really not needed. I also need to go grocery shopping but I had planned on doing that tomorrow.....I guess maybe I'll go today. Wow, only three days. I think I've got my heart set on that date maybe a little more than I should though! There's deffinately that possibility I could be stuck waiting another week. =

Answer: Kay!!! Stop cleaning and rest!!! See this is what I mean about us being so far away from each other...I would so help you get things together if I lived closer. When my godsister were preggers, I would go over and help them fold clothes, cook and anything else they didn't feel like doing. It was so much fun though, cause of course they got to vent about their aches, pains and frustrations...and pathetic me....so facinated about pregnancy since I don't know what it feels like would just listen!!! It is a shame that I enjoy cleaning other people's houses but I don't always enjoy cleaning my own! (sometimes i do, it just depends on the mood I am in)heehee! Thanks babybrain! Happy Anniversary to you as well...it's coming soon right? Yes, I am so blessed with dh! he is everything I asked God for and then some. I can't wait to see him as a father. I know he is going to be great! He is really great with my niece and nephew(they are 9 and 10)! But he can stand for a extra dose of patience with my 9 month old niece. I think he is just offended because she dosen't really go to him alot. But I think she is just at that stage that she dosen't take to men too well, other than her daddy! She LUVS her auntie though!!! That makes me feel good especially since we live an 1 1/2 away! I get her everytime I go home! (okay sorry...I went off on a tangent) Back to what I wuz sayin....I have the best dh ever and I tell him that all the time. You know babybrain, you are right. Some women get into some unfortunate situations and that's why I try to let dh know how much i appreciate him for the man that he is. We were friends first and are best friends now...and i think that makes a difference! Okay well enough about our hubby's right? How about they married some wonderful women as well!!! LOL! Yea, we are blessed but so are they!!!! heehee! How does parenthood affect your relationship? Is it alot different from before you had children? I would imagine that it would be, but I am just curious to hear what you ladies think! =

Answer: oh hey kay! since I had such a long post i didn't see that you posted until after!! Well... I am praying for the baby's arrival to be the earliest, safest date possible!!!! I am so excited for you girlie!!! Hang in there! Even if you have to wait another week...just know that everything happens for a reason and the baby just may need more time. But I am hoping that you don't have to wait either! All the waiting you have to do associated with pregnancy SUCKS!!!! sorry for the outburst! heehee! But I know towards the end...waiting is the last thing you want to do. =

Answer: I KNEW I shouldn't have left him home alone with the crib. I decided on grocery shopping after all and also picked up my contacts. They had messed up and said my order had been distributed the day I ordered them....even though it takes a week for them to come in so the lady had reordered them for me. They found the ones that were 'distributed' so I got all 6 pairs and only paid for 3. So seventy dollars worth of free contacts hehe. I get home and he's sitting on the floor all pissed off and says he messed the crib up. He some how managed to bend this L shaped metal bracket so that it was curved. It holds the bottom bar to the sides so we couldnt put it togther without that piece. I went to home depot to see if they had one but of course they didn't. It was worth a shot, but on the way out it started pouring rain and I got soaked head to toe and had to come home and change. I can order the piece from the manufacturer but it wouldn't get here in time so I went out and just bought a bassinett. I'm hoping I can get the monitor to work in there. My boss called and said she opened an unmarked envelope that had my last paycheck in it. The one before that had been short because payroll went through before my disability was approved so I had a check for 3 days too. My other one should be there in a few days. I was starting to get stressed out because I have some money saved, but it was dwindling after missing 3 paychecks. We also got some award so I got a girftcard that is for 25 or 5O dollars....I'm not sure which but I have to activate it.  =

Answer: Hey Luv! Just stoppin thru while I got a sec. Hey Kay! Wow. What a busy day you had Kay. Ok now its time to sit down and chill. I so hoping that you deliver on Monday. That would be kinda messed up if they tell you to wait another week but I guess he has to come out either way it goes, right? Oh and to answer your question Luv, yes things do change in marriage after you have children. Not always in a bad way though. Mostly, you don't have as much time for each other as you used to. Doing the Do is extra hard sometimes too. You have to be mindful that you have little ears in the house. HeeHee! Also the spontanaity is shot to heck. You're always locked behind a door and have to squeeze that time in whenever you can get it. Aside from not having as much time, its really fun having a family though so don't worry. Your first child is always a good experience for both people, at least until they get to the terrible 2s and start talking. My God! Then you're in for it and your stress level starts to increase. LOL By the time the second one comes around, the both of you already know what to expect and you feel kinda like "OK just when we were starting to have more time for each other (since the first one is big enough and doesn't require constant care), here we go again". LOL I hope I'm not discouraging you with what I'm saying. Trust me, its all worth it. =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 2, 2008, 21:06
Answer: Well I got the bassinette up, it's together and fully functional....nothing broken! Talk about little ears....we woke my daughter up once and she asked him why he was jumping on the bed. Yikes! This will be my hubby's first baby baby lik 24/7. For example he didn't know you're supposed to wash the baby stuff before you use it lol so we'll be a little uneven as far as things go. =

Answer: OMG! LMAO! That is too funny. I wouldn't know what to say if my DD asked that question. I would probably be totally frozen. A similar thing happened to a girlfriend of mine. She said that she and her DH were sneaking some in the shower and her son was knocking on the door. He was asking to come in. She said "no" and he was like "what are you doing"? She said, "using the potty" and her son responded "but but what's daddy doing in there?" She was at a lost for words because he was so smart. LOL Kids are so funny some times. Luckily nothing like that has happened to me. I've only had DD knock on the door to the bedroom looking for me and her daddy but she never saw or heard anything. I would just DIE if she did. Cool beans! You got the bassinette up. Where are you guys putting it. My son sleeps in his in our room. It's next to the bed because I couldn't constantly get out of bed to walk to a whole other room. =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 3, 2008, 1:18
Answer: Haha I think I might have told this story once but we have a bathroom in our bedroom and she just opened the bedroom door and he didn't have the bathroom door shut. She looked at him and said "you have a tail? and looks down and says "oh, I don't have a tail" I've got the bassinette at the foot of our bed. I want him in here for a while because of course it's just easier for when they wake up all night and also I feel more comfortable having him close where I can check on him. I have a computer desk that is totally empty in the corner because I always use my laptop on the bed, so I loaded it up with diapers, wipes, lotion, burp cloths, etc just so they're out and easily accessable. =

Answer: Hey girlies! Babybrain you weren't discouraging me at all. I have been taking this time of ttc as preparation. I pray about alot of different things and I like to talk to people who have kids so that I can learn different things. So thanks for sharing with me!!! Those stories are too funny about "getting caught". My oldest sister walked in on my parents when she was younger(I wasn't born yet) And my mother was sooooo upset. My sister said she cried and apologized to her like 100 times! Sorry about the crib Kay!! heehee! Hey that is good idea with the bassinett! I will definately remember that one!  =

Answer: I had another loooong day! I got up early and treated myself to starbucks. I was trying to go to th DMV because the stickers on my plates expired while I was on bedrest but they weren't open at all today. Went to babies r us and got another pack of recieving blankets, 2 more packs of burp cloths, some teethers and little rattles, those breast pads you stick in your bra for when you leak, nipple cream lol and some diaper rash cream. Then I went to old navy and got him some bigger packs of onesies they had on clearance. We came home for lunch then I went back out and got some travel size stuff and a bag for it to take to the hospital and I also went and bought a cute beige and brown diaper bag. I didn't want to get one too girly looking so dh wouldn't have a fit carrying it! Came home for a while again and our pharmacist called about my baby shower stuff because we kept missing each other. She brought it over and got a LOT of stuff. I got MORE recieving blankets, bibs, sleepers, an outfit, spoons, bowls, pacifiers, bath stuff, wipes, more teethers, a target giftcard, and a blue snoopy diaper bag so now we've got two. I was kind of embarassed because our tv stand broke and the tv was just sitting on the top drawer of what used to be the stand. The legs were metal and snapped out of the wood so the drawer was just sitting on the floor. I'd ordered one online but it got sent back because I was on bedrest and took to long picking it up. I went to target and got some diapers with the gift card and they had this cool dora globe on clearance that you can press the continents and stuff, and it also plugs into the tv so they can play learning games with it. That's a birthday present. I bought a tv stand and spent the last two hours putting it together.....I didn't want something else getting broken lol. =

Answer: My day hasn't been very eventful, I'm just working on getting some small things done around here. I'm so anxious about tomorrow. I'm not even worried about the amnio anymore. I know I'll get nervous when they're about to poke me but I'll be fine till they start cleaning my belly off with an alcohol wipe lol. They guide the needle using ultrasound, my tech will be there so yay!, so I don't know if the monitor will be on where I can see him. I actually hope it is so I can turn my head and watch him. I won't care if I can see the needle on th screen as long as I can't see it in me. What I'm REALLY nervous about is waiting on the results. I'm so scared I won't be able to have him tomorrow and things have been so stressful for me. I just want him out and safe so it can all be over. I've got everything set up, bags packed, my husband's taken off work, my daughter is going to my sister's and even her husband is going to leave work early to help take care of all the kids so it would throw our plans way off if we had to wait. Next week is my daughter's birthday and my mom will also be here for a few days. She's a bit odd, it's a long story, but because of that she wouldn't be able to help and just her being here will be stressful in general. I'm going to ask how long the results should take and if they think the odds are in my favor while I'm there. I'll try to report back in if possible. I've got one of the girls on my June thread phone numbers and I'm going to send her a message so she can post for me if I don't get to. If anybody wants to send me a message on myspace with their email I can send a text from my cell when I get the chance. It would be from a 757 area code and say sprint pcs. If I don't get to check back, pop over to the third trimester forum, June mommies thread, and read the posts from tomorrow. I'd love to be able to tell you guys myself, but if you get this message too late at least that will keep you informed! =

Answer: AW I missed you guys. The amnio wasn't bad, the shot just burned a little. They hooked me up to the monitor and I was having a lot of contractions so they sent me to triage to watch them more. I got a shot of brethine which has always worked before, but it just slowed them for about twenty minutes then they came back. We were just waiting on the amnio results which came back around noon and they said no baby. I was sooooo upset but I guess he had other ideas. I kept contracting 2-3 minutes apart so they admitted me. All I ever knew was I was 2cm and 5O% effaced at the beginning, and they never checked me again. They tried giving me another shot and that time it did absolutely nothing. I refused any pain meds because if I was going to have him I didn't want to be groggy. I basically labored for ten hours waiting my turn lol because mine wasn't an immediate emergency. My husband had to put on this white jumpsuit, little blue booties and headcover, and a mask. They made him wait outside while I got my spinal. That wasn't so bad either, I had to hunch over my giant belly and arch my back but there was a nurse there supporting my weight. I had my head on her shoulder and she was holding my hand. The shot to numb stung a little but wasn't bad, and I didn't even feel the needle go in. My feet immediately started getting warm and tingly and that eventually moved up. Holy hell there were a load of people in there too. My hubby was allowed to come in and the anestesia started making me feel horrible. It felt like the room was closing in, and I couldn't get enough air, like I was having a panic attack. I don't know how to describe it but it was scary and I'd say the worst part. Somebody was next to my head talking to me and it really helped, and once they got a little oxygen on me I started to calm down. My husband is such a wierdo. He leans around the curtain to watch part of the surgery and is fine, but gets all squeemish when they inject something in my IV with a needle lol he probably thought they were trying to kill me because I was grunting and kinda shouting out. I couldn't feel anything but the amount of pressure is phemominal. He came out wailing at 9:24pm at 6 pounds 14 ounces and they took him in the other room. Guess what? No knot. I just cried and cried, I couldn't control it. It was like I was finally able to let go of all the stress I had worrying about him all these months. I got to see him for a few seconds then they took him up to the nicu. Daddy went with him but got kicked out at 11 when they do their shift change so he was in the recovery room with me. I finally got some ice chips after not being able to eat for a day and a half and it was a big relief. I had to lay flat on my back till 3am because if you sit up before 6 hours you can get a spinal headache. After that they gradually raised the bed up till about 53O when they took out my cathater and made me get up. That part wasn't too fun and my stomach was really sore. I got to go upstairs in a wheel chair and hold him for a while. He's such a cutie. He's got black hair and when it's dry it's all spikey lol and the cutest little lips and cheeks. He's stuck in the nicu for a few days because he sucked in a little amniotic fluid. It made it harder for him to breathe so he was trying to hard and wearing himself out. He's just on a little bit of oxygen, just the same little bar like I had during surgery. I have some pictures, but they look a little scary. They stick monitors on them to check their heart rate and breathing so all the wires from those make it look way worse than what it is. I'm happy to share, I just don't want anybody to freak out. He's doing just fine and should be home in a few days. I'm going back to the hospital to be with him in the morning. I'm pumping right now, they won't let you breastfeed while they're there. My nipples are sore from it lol I'm sure everyone wanted to know that. Lemme know if I left anything out! I haven't had a chance to catch up on posts but I will in a little bit. I'm just gonna be resting tonight. =

Answer: Oh God, you have no idea how much stress I was under and I just had to try to push it to the side to function. I know I didn't get into it too much, but a true knot like they THOUGHT he had pretty much has a 1 in 2O risk of stillbirth. I would wake up in the middle of the night and shake and poke my stomach till I felt him move before I could go back to sleep. It was horrible and I did all that for nothing. Also if I hadn't had the amnio I probably could have kept him in there another week and he wouldn't be in the NICU. He's doing just fine though, they've turned down his oxygen a good bit and he'll probably be totally off it in a couple days. Once he is, they still watch him for a couple days to make sure he's doing alright on his own. I went to see him all morning, just got home not too long ago. Kalysa is gonna go play with her cousins and my sister and I are going back up there at 33O. He's such a good little guy, he only gets made when he's changed. He woke up a little today and his eyes are so hard to describe. They're like this dark brown, olive, grayish looking color lol I have no clue how to describe it. He has such fine hair right now that I almost wonder if it IS going to be like my daughters. My husbands is uh well a bit rough lol so I thought his might be thicker and curlier than hers. Luv what cd are we on? Sorry, I'm so lost lol babybrain hope your little guy is doing good. Pammie, pepper, applejax hope you arent getting your asses too bad haha =

Answer: Hey ladies, just got back home. My little guy isn't on oxygen anymore. He has the little bar under his nose still but it's just flowing room air. I'm hoping they'll totally take it off tomorrow and maybe he can come home on Monday. I'm pissed because I've been pumping and bottle feeding him. I thought I had to, nobody bothered to tell me I could actually breastfeed so I'm going to try that in the morning.  =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 9, 2008, 21:04
Answer: Email me so I can share pictures lyddlkATaol.com. He'll still have the little oxygen thing taped to his nose but hopefully i can take some more tomorrow without it =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 10, 2008, 15:06
Answer: Stop making me post to myself! LOL well, no more little oxygen bar under his nose. I wasn't able to get any pictures today though because we had a tough time getting him to wake up to eat so it wasn't on my mind. He's got a little bit of jaundice, most newborns do and they just don't do anything for full term babies since it almost always goes away in a week or two, but since he's in the nicu they have to treat it so there's a little green light underneath his back. Now that he has no oxygen bar they have to watch him for 48 hours and he can come home so it should monday or tuesday for sure. =

Answer: Guess who came home at 4 today!! :D my lil man is sleeping in his own bassinette right now snuggled in a little blanket with footballs and stars on it. Kalysa's fourth birthday is also today so it's been a little hectic. We woke her up singing happy birthday and she popped outta bed so fast with the biggest grin. She got lots of presents and we went to play at chuck e cheese. Dh went to see my boo boo (who he's decided to call ace for some reason) at 5am and they said he should be home tuesday. Since I was spending the day with kalysa I planned on going to see him that afternoon but I called to check on him around 123O and they said he could come home in a few hours. Poor little guy got circumcized today :( They said it looks really good but it looks aweful to me.....he doesn't seem to notice at all though. Did caleb have that done babybrain? How long before it doesn't look so bad and heals? This is the third day I've been on here talking to myself so somebody better get their ass back! =

Answer: My ass is back!!! LOL! KAY! OMG!!!! I am so sorry you were posting to yourself. Our internet was out of order for a few days and I was so hurt that I couldn't come on to wish my girlies a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!! But I am back in action kay so no more worries! Aww! Congrats on "Ace" coming home!! I know that you are glad to have him home! I can't wait to look at the pics!!! How is Kalysa taking in sisterhood? Sounds like she had a good birthday!!! Well, once again girlie I am so sorry you were left to hold down thread by your lonesome. Dh was laughing at me b/c I really threw a fit because I couldn't use the internet. My mom's bday was on sunday-so we went home to surprise her and went to church with her and stuff. She was so happy! Well...Happy Belated Mother's Day to my girlies! I was so emotional on Mother's day! I cried most of the day!! happy tears of course...but I was just so emotional...I guess b/c i am so grateful to still have my mom...my dad passed away when I was 17....so mothers day and fathers day are very emotional for me! Well, enough about me....Babybrain!! how are you doing hunny!?! Has the sleep fairy come to visit yet? If not, I will put a call in for her to come soon! Pammie! Pepper! How are my mommies to be doing? You girlies will be mommies soon! It is amazing how quickly the time has gone by. Well, I am hoping for a bfp this month as usual...but I don't really have any unusual symptoms so it is hard to tell if anything is "different". So I am just praying that it happens! send some babydust and hcg pee this way asap!!!! You know, I don't even know where I am in my cycle??!! I need to check mymonthlycycles to see when af is NOT going to show so that I know when I can test! But in the meantime send lots of babydust babyjuice whatever will help me get preggers this month!!! heehee! Luv Luvs U girlies!!!! =

Answer: Hey girlie! I was getting so lonely! I have a few minutes to myself while Kalysa eats and my boo boo is knocked out. I'm not so sleep deprived that I can sleep during the day yet, but I'm sure it will kick in soon. He's only been at home one night so I'm able to function on the few hours I got. I'm just all emotional in general so don't feel bad. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. Maybe you can get a late Mother's Day gift :D It must be nice not to know where you are in your cycle for once! I'm deffinately not looking forward to having mine back. I was on depo for 2 years and been off for 2 years so I'm gonna see if I can get back on it or not. I will pass my ovulating on to you for the time. Everybody else needs to follow luvs example and check in! =

Answer: Hey kay!! OMG! I need to go and look at the baby pictures- my internet still acts up at times- and i really need it to work so that I can work from home today. I am so nauseas and I really don't feel like being around a whole bunch of people. Anyways...I have one more week in my 2ww. I am so numb nowadays when it comes to the 2ww. I am so sick and tired of being disappointed, so i don't even get excited towards the end anymore. But i am hoping that since I am concentrating on other things that maybe my bfp will surprise me! Well, let me go and look at those baby pics--i 'll be bacK!! =

Answer: I'd love to be able to work from home. It'd probably be hard to do with a 4 year old running around and a newborn....even with dh home. He's next door playing super smash brothers on the neighbor's wii....I don't know why he doesn't just buy the game for ours. I'd try to keep ignorning the 2ww. The faster it goes the better but I know it's hard to not think about. Both my kids are asleep....well one is asleep and the other is in bed but same difference! =

Answer: Thank you! I know it sucks, but at least right now it's a downward slide. Only 6 more days right? I blew my tire out this morning. I was going to get us breakfast and hit a pothole. It bent the rim so I have to buy one before I can get a new tire. My daughter is in the other room singing about it. I think I'm gonna try to head to bed a bit earlier tonight. Hubby got up with him most of the night because he had yesterday off and I still didn't get much sleep. =

It's the first time he's actually stayed awake. He usually wakes up just enough to eat then goes right back down. I wish I was able to sleep as much as he does for a day! =

Answer: Peek-a-boo!!!!!!! Hello my ladies. I'm Back!! I'm so very sorry I haven't been here to check in. I've been busy busy busy. With going back to work for a few days and week and having a new baby, I don't have much time to do anything anymore. I'm so glad to be back. How is everyone? LOL Luv, I can't believe you don't know what cd you're on. That's actually a good thing. That lets me know that you have been more relaxed about it than usual. That's fantastic. Keep a clear head girlie and let God work. How have you been girlie?! I've missed you guys sooo much. Two down and two to go. Kay has finally had her beautiful baby. He is sooooo adorable. I'm not surprised because she's beautiful too. Cool nickname DH gave him. Kaleb (KJ) is doing just fine. He's getting so big. OMG and heavy. My mom calls him a big potatoe. LOL Its amazing that he'll be two months soon. Time is already flying :-( DD is such a great big sis. When we're riding in the car, she takes such good care of him because I can't turn around. She gives him his pacifier when he cries and rubs his head and he calms down. Its so great to see them together. Anyways................Applejax, Pammie, and Pepper. What's up with you guys. The end is near. We can't wait to see your babies. Geez, all of these 2008 babies! I'm just pleased to be a part of it all. I really don't know what to say right now. Just really interested in hearing from you girls. Plus, I gotta go. I'm holding porky pig as we speak and he's hungry so I'll wait to hear from you guys before I go any further. Luv you girls! =

Answer: I can't believe he's almost 2 months already! How much does he weigh? I'll see how much my little light weight is tomorrow. Since my daughter was almost 9 pounds he seems so small to me. He's got an appointment at 83O then I have to find a place that has a rim for my car, get a new tire put on, then I have an appointment to have my incision checked at 3. It doesn't sound like much, but even running one errand right now seems like a lot to do. Luv - your 2ww is almost over! Pam and pepper, come let us know how those little ones are growing. =

Answer: hey girlies! how is everyone? I am feeling like crap these days. The time is near for af or bfp and my body is definately telling me that one or the other is coming. I have been having LOTS of sharp pains and the usual endo complications. It is just so frustrating b/c I can't really take anything that helps the pain. I don't like taking my strong pain meds unless I really have to. Sorry I was MIA for a few days. I had to go to Atlanta, GA for my friends bridal shower. I am her Matron of Honor, so needless to say I had a very busy weekend. Hey, I really need to go and get me some grub...so I am going to go and eat and I'll be back! So come and chat with me okay!!! (in about an hour)! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 19, 2008, 23:25
Answer: Ok I think it's been about an hour so come back! I don't like pain meds either.....if it's over the counter I'll pop it in a heartbeat LOL but anything stronger than that I just feel weary of. I think it's probably because the first time I had anything was vicodin from the dentist and it made me horribly sick. I only used the little morphine drip pump thing after my c-section when I wanted to sleep. They said I could go home after 2 days if I wanted to because I wasn't really taking much of anything for pain so they weren't really doing anything for me. I wouldn't take anything while I was in labor either. I'm wierd. I did the dumbest things earlier! I have these johnsons washcloths that have soap in them and you just dip them in water. Well I gave my son a spongebath and had filled a cup up with warm water. Later I refilled his wipes and right after I went to take a motrin. I thought I'd picked up my cup of water and didn't think anything when I smelled soap because I thought it was just the scent of the wipes on my hand. I swallow pills fast with a mouth full of water so it went down before I had the chance to spit it out. It was so gross! =

Answer: Ok luv, I'm prepared to kick af's ass to keep her from coming tomorrow! It is tomorrow right? I went shopping today and got 3 shirts from bcbg :D I can fit them now and they look good, and they'll look even better later once my little belly goes down a bit more. I'm so excited to feel like I look 'nice' again and not some bum in sweatpants haha. =

Answer: How's everyone? My dr appointment went well today. She's measuring right on at 29 weeks. She's still head down. She's facing my right side so her spine is facing out on the left. The dr said she's totally on the left side and when she does the us on the right side, you can't see the baby at all. lol THis makes sense since I never feel her kicking by my ribs on the right, but I do on the left. Her movement have seemed less punchy, but the dr said that's normal because she's running out of room. That's about it!! :) =

Name: luvmyike | Date: May 21, 2008, 15:28
Answer: hey!!! Arrrggghhh! I tried to get back the other night but my internet was out again!!!! Sorry!! But I am glad to hear that you are ready to kick some ass kay!!!! Once again, i don't feel any different....so I don't know what to think! ugghhhh!!! Kay! sorry about the shot of soapy water. I bet that was pretty gross! How much sleep have you been able to steal at night? You are breastfeeding right? how is that going? Babybrain!!! how are you darling? How is your handsome fellow? WOW!!! You are soooooooo busy these days! I predict that you are going to need weekly visits from the sleep fairy here soon! Pepper! OMG! I am so glad to hear that your appointment went well! I can't believe that you and Pammie are so close to being mommies already! Time has really flown by! I need to go check out the new pics on myspace! Well, Af was officially due today, but she hasn't come yet......I have been having lots of sharp stabbing pains though within the last week...so could be the prelude to af. Well, I will keep you girlies posted...I am going to take a nap...and I will check in later...well that is if my internet likes me or not....luv u girls!!!! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 21, 2008, 18:10
Answer: Hey girlie! Well the day is almost over and I hope af hasn't reared her ugly head! I haven't seen you mention having any spotting, and it seems like you usually start that a couple days before right? And I believe last month she came a day early so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I'm sleeping ok, deffinately not as much as I'd like too but enough so I don't feel like crap all the time. Ace is just sitting in his boppy hanging out, looking around. God I love him, he's such a good baby. I'm sorta breastfeeding. I'll do it some at night and a little through the day, but I mostly pump and give it to him in a bottle. Pepper - good to hear your appointment went well. My little guy was always on the right side and head down pretty much my entire pregnancy. You'll still feel her move just as much, but it'll be more like rolls, pushes, and presses rather than kicks and jabs.....and other times your entire stomach will move and jump all around lol. =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 22, 2008, 22:15
Answer: Luuuv did af stay away? Have you tested? I think I may have fractured my big toe so I don't know how good at ass kicking I'll be if I had to! I'm in a pretty crappy mood though so I still don't think she wants to mess with me. I got an hour of sleep last night, I don't know why I couldn't go back to sleep but I just woke up from a 2 hour nap. I blew my tire out on a pothole the other day, damaged the rim, had to have it towed so total that cost about $170....all just for trying to get a $4 breakfast from mcdonalds and hitting a pothole! Anyway the walmart guy said my back tires were wobbly and that I should take it in somewhere to have it looked at. Well all the bs wrong with it right now is gonna run me about 900 and I have about 300 of shit I need done for the front breaks. It's all pretty much normal wear and tear, I don't have a car payment and my car is nearing the 100,000 mile mark. My transmission went on my last car then. I figure I have 1200 worth of work....over a year that's a hundred dollars a month towards a car payment plus whatever else goes wrong with it. I've probably put that much into the damn thing in the past several months....so the way I look at it it's like I've been paying 200 a month for my car. I'm a bit weary to have all this stuff done to it and risk something else going wrong or have it be the transmission or engine. It doesn't seem worth it. I dunno, what do you guys think? Should I just suck and up and fix it, or look for something newer? I think it might be less stressful to have a monthly payment than keep being told I have to dish out almost $1000 all at once each time something goes wrong with it. =

Answer: Hey hey hey!!! NO AF! NO AF! OMG! NO AF! I am not getting my hopes up though, I took a dollar store hpt yesterday and it was BFN...so I am going to wait until sunday or monday to test again. You are right, Kay!!! I normally have spotting a few days before and there is no spotting here!!!!! I have been sorta crampy but not very much. Just alot of sharp stabbing pains...oh and leg pain. Af could have showed as early as Monday and as late as today!!! I am trying so hard not to think about it...I am scared that if I think about too much that af is going to rear her ugly head! I am so ready for this emotional roller coaster to be over!!! Although I will probably ride another one once I get preggers!!! LOL! Aww! Kay! It sounds like Ace is definately enjoying his new scenery! I hope that my baby has my husband's personality--he is layed back and mild tempered...I am a firecracker as dh calls me! LOL! Pepper! Your baby room is adorable! I like the froggies!! Pammie! how r u feelin? Ready for the baby to come I am sure! Babybrain!! what's happenin girlie! Okay girls I need the biggest, most huggest bottle of baby dust and hcg pee you girlies can send!!! Oh and package a can of whoop ass for AF!!!! Preeeciate it! Luv u girls!!!!! =

Answer: yea!!!!! kay!!!!! we were typing at the same time i think!!! hey I had a Ford car that was like that--it was something going on with it every other month!!! I really don't care for Ford's for that reason...but cars like hondas, nissans, toyotas are good cars even after the mileage is close to or over 100,000 mi. So...if you have a car that has a good reputation..it may be worth investing in it...but if it is a FORD I would definately invest in something else!!! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 22, 2008, 22:51
Answer: Haha that's funny because I think the guy wants to talk me into get a fusion....I can't get financed in my name till I go back to work though......I feel discriminated against LOL I guess because I'm on disability they want to make sure I actually go back to work. I kinda chuckled when you said you were ready for the emotion rollercoaster to be over.....it never ends! You're deffinately getting some good training in though so I know you'll handle it well. I don't know how good the dollar store tests are at early testing so I'm crossing my fingers for you mama!! I'm sending the baby fairy over to sprinkle dust on you.....and it better be worth the while because she's getting paid overtime! =

Name: luvmyike | Date: May 22, 2008, 23:14
Answer: LOL! thanks for the baby fairy! Since she is working overtime that should really be a good sign for me! Now, I could be wrong about the Ford cars....I had a 96 Ford Contour....maybe Ford cars are made better these days. It won't hurt to have a new car for the new baby!!! LOL! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 23, 2008, 0:17

Answer: Well guess who showed up at 5:30 am this morning. Yes.....the AF witch has done it again!!!!! Arrggghhh!! I have been so angry, that I can't even cry. But I am pissed. I told dh that I think I want to find a RE and get on some clomid or something. I have got to do something b/c I can't go on hurting like this every month. I am in so much pain right now!!!!!! Well, please keep me in your prayers girlies! I really don't know what to think about my situation b/c part of me feels like since i have no insurance ( b/c dh lost his job), I am starting grad school in August... that maybe God is telling me that it is just not my time yet. On the other hand, I am afraid to wait any longer ttc, b/c of the severity of my endo. It's weird to me how some months I feel like I can handle it when I get af instead of bfp...but like this time I am really angry and depressed. Dh and I both need a vacation, so I may try to plan somewhere for us to go within the next month. Our wedding anniversary is on the 28th of this month, but i doubt we will get to go out of town. Well anyways, I just needed to vent with my girlies! Thanks for listening...or reading I should say! LOL! Luv u girls! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 23, 2008, 14:19
Answer: >:( Even I got mad when I read that! I saw the last post was recent and I knew it was gonna be from you. I can't believe she tried to show up UNfashionably late! I think God can be a comedian.....so just as you have no insurance and start grad school you'll get your bfp and he can say "well I gave you what you asked for, you just didnt say when" LOL for some reason things always seem to work like that. You do whatever you think it takes and are comfortable with to get preggy. Trust me, even after you are pregnant you have to make decesions to do or take things you really don't want to. It's always gonna be like you gotta do what you gotta do....just like once that baby gets here you'll feel horrible when they get shots but you know it's for the best. You guys deserve a little to yourself. I know it's not a vacation vacation but maybe on the weekend or something you could get a really nice hotel sweet and have sort of a pretend mini getaway. We did that once and it was fun. =

Name: luvmyike | Date: May 23, 2008, 21:11
Answer: Kay, that is a great idea!!! I know the hotel that we could go to too!! I am also going to get us a couple's massage. You know, it is funny b/c i told dh that i will probably get pregnant once I start grad school in August or September. Although I wish I could be preggers like yesterday, if i conceive in August or September then I would be due in the summer time which would work out with me being in school and all....so even though I am totally bummed, I do realize that God knows what is best and I just need to trust him. I think I am going to get dh that over the counter sperm analysis kit from walgreens next month. I wonder how accurate it is???? anyways...what is Ace doing now? What about Kaleb, babybrain? sleeping, eating and pooping right? LOL! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 23, 2008, 21:33
Answer: Well, he's sleeping and I'm sitting here watch miss Kalysa play in the bath even though she's supposed to be in bed right now. I'm just sitting here eating a soft pretzel with nacho cheese. I cleaned the kitchen and finally hung the picture I bought for the living room like 2 months ago lol and then later I think I'll probably put together my other barstool. =

Name: luvmyike | Date: May 23, 2008, 21:43
Answer: cool beans. I am so sleepy! It is b/c of my pain meds though. Dh has been so wonderful--he cleaned the entire house and did laundry today! I feel bad though cause i wasn't able to help with anything! I have been sleep most of the day. Well hugs and kisses for the babies from auntie luv!!! And share some of that dang pretzel!!! I promise everytime you say you are eating something I crave the same thing for at least a week. That is not right!!!! Dang it Beavis!!!! LOL! =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 23, 2008, 22:51
Answer: I also had cotton candy and cookie dough....two things I haven't had in forever! Did I mention my husband got in trouble so he bought me steak and garlic mashed potatoes from applebees? It also came with yellow and magenta roses and a letter lol I just went grocery shopping earlier and can't decide what goodies I want! I cleaned the house and did laundry today too haha well, I still need to fold the towels but that's easy and I'd really like to get this barstool together. =

Name: luvmyike | Date: May 24, 2008, 12:16
Answer: Well just rub it in why don't you! Ms.Cotton candy, steak and potatoes!!! LOL! J/K! Aren't hubby's the cutest when they get in trouble. my dh will always go and get me a milky way and a peach soda when he is in trouble! It's a shame, cause I fall for it everytime!! Wow! it's like you and babybrain have so much energy to get stuff done nowadays!!! Especially to have had c-sections! I hope that I can still maintain a productive schedule after I have my baby...it is hard to be productive during and after my cycle. It sucks!!! But some friends of ours are coming into town, so I am determined to get up and do something. I just need to vaccum and sanitize my bathrooms. I guess I am going to cook dinner later as well, so I guess I need to do a little grocery shopping as well.  =

Name: kay101 | Date: May 24, 2008, 13:15
Answer: Now you can go grocery shopping and get steak, potatoes, cotton candy, and cookie dough....which I'm about to get a spoonfull of! I'm sure I'd be jealous of the dinner you're cooking, especially considering I can't cook! I don't have much energy in the morning/afternoon but it seems like later in the day I get a burst and try to get things done. I feel more pressure for some reason to keep the house clean and get things done.....probably because I know I won't have much time to when I go back to work. =

Answer: Hello all! How is everyone? With the exception of my girl Kay, I've missed everyone. Kay and I seem to hold down the myspace fort quite nicely =) Nothing much going on here. Just still trying to get the hang of being a mommy of 2. Of course I'm still sleep deprived. Running around constantly like a mad woman. LOL My son really has his days mixed up. He is such a night owl like DD. The other night. He woke up at 2a and didn't go back to sleep until 6a. Yes! You heard or read right. 6 freakin a.m. The good part was that he wasn't up crying and being fussy. He just wouldn't take his little butt to sleep. I was barely hanging on. LOL Oh and not to mention, trying to take the kids out for shopping or anything is such a hassle. I tried taking them to have a quick picture taken together at the mall today and MY GOD. It was such a big production. Just trying to get into the mall with the stroller, diaper bag, and holding hands the whole time with DD was crazy. Then when it was time to take the pictures (KJ was quite the whole time prior) he was soooo cranky. He just totally wouldn't act right. I'm not surprised because the same thing happened when DD was little. After leaving the mall, I ended up having to pull over in a store parking lot for about 20 minutes to feed porky pig and change his poopie diaper. This always happens might I ad. Needless to say my day was pretty interesting. I'm going in for my doctor's appt this Wednesday for my pap and to get the birth control shot. I'm excited about the birth control. LOL I couldn't imagine slipping up and getting pregnant again. That would be so awful. I wanted the Mirena intrauterine contraceptive but I just called about it and its like $500. So I have to wait until my budget will allow such a splurge. I can't just sit without anything s
