Hi ladies, i am 8 weeks along with my 2nd child. DD is 15 months. My morning sickness has been horrible worse than my first. I've vomited a couple of times but mostly it's the nausea. I've tried Ginger Ale (cold and warm), saltines, and vitamin b6 but nothing helps. I'm looking to try anything at this point. Please share your remedies!

If there's a certain time of day when you always get sick, and know that it's going to happen, then you can try the preggie pops. They're good for keeping the m/s from happening. However, if you're already sick, they don't work that well. Also, if you're really suffering, I know there's something that your doctor can prescribe.

Thanks. Yes, the doc mentioned it but not until I reach 12 weeks. I'm pretty much nauseous all day and the evening. Relief is when I'm sleeping.

I am 11 weeks now and my m/s is finally getting better. I was sick every night, vommiting every single night. Much worse than my 1st child as well. What helped me to rpevent the sickness if eating small meals throughout the day. No 3 normal size meals. That made it worse. I also got sick every time I ate. If all the remedies aren't working then just look forward to 12 weeks! Hang in there!

They're just suckers that have different ingredients (natural ones) that help with morning sickness. I got them at Motherhood Maternity, but I know you can order them online.

I've found a couple tricks that work a lil bit. Bring something light to munch on in the middle of the night when you get up to pee. I've found saltine crackers and grapes work for me. Dont fill yourself up on water or drinks without having food in your tummy.
Some warm decaffinated teas work well. Ginger and peppermint are supposed to be the best but coincidently I hate those flavors. I like pomegranite and it helps if you drink it before you get sick.
I used to think toast owrked but my doc said it just balls up in your tummy and thats when she suggested crackers.
