I have a period like clock work every 29 days never fails. Well, until now. I ovulated arround the 1-3 of May my last period was April 13th. I took a urine and blood prego test two days ago and it came back negative. I still have not had my period. I crave chinese food, i;ve had morning sickness, my boobs hurt, I have headaches, I'm tired all the time, I'm bloated, etcc the list goes on. But, all test come back negative. Could I actually be prego even though these tests say negative or do I have orther issues. I'm confused I hope someone can help and like I said my period cycle is always like clock work never fails. ↓

Hi Melissa-I have heard of some women not getting a BFP until a week after their missed AF! So, it could still be possible, however blood tests are usually indicative of pregnancy, how long ago did you have that? It could be that you o'd late and then implantation happened late, and your body hasn't built up enough hsg for the blood or urine test. ↑

Hi Melissa, I have all the same symptoms that you do.....cramping, nausea, (mosly in the evening) boobs hurt, but I don't have cravings for chinese food....I have lost my appetite for even my favorite foods....I am not supposed to get my period until 5/22....I took a test when I first noticed the symptoms....it came up negative... I never knew about preg tests being negative when it's really a positive until I started to get symptoms and looked into it...all my friends who have kids took like 1 test and got a positive result the first one they took! A friend of mine told me today that every preg test (including blood test) she took came up negative until she was about 3 months preg....It is extremley confusing to have all of these symptoms and not know what is wrong...I don't know about you, but I am not one of those people who just knows that they are preg...I guess I have to wait to take a test....to me It sounds like you might be preggo...maybe wait a few more days and test again ↑

I took my test on 5/13 blood and urine both negative. I did ovulate late this time but I have not had any implantation bleeding. I was sappose to ovulate on the 27-29 which is when i normally ovulate but i didn't ovulate until 1-3 of may. And still late night on thurs no period. My doctor told me take a prego test every two to three days. ↑
