Question: Hi there, I just found out I am pregnant and I have also a severe "outbreak" of psoriasis guttate all over my body. This has only happened one other time in my life whilst I was under extreme stress, depression and after a strep throat infection. My body itches like heck, and my dermatologist says I should not undergo any treatment: light therapy or cortozone creams until he hears from my gyno that its okay. My first appt is in two weeks!!! Anyone else with any ideas or experience with this?? Thanks ?

Answer: Man, that seems so uncomfortable! I feel for you. Try calling your ob doctor before the appointment and let him/her know whats going on. They cant possibly let you suffer for two weeks! =
