Hi, My husband and I are also considering the options to conceiving twins. We have 2 children already and would like to get pregnant one more time. We would love the idea of having twins. Did you have any luck with your research or methods? Did you try anything? I am currently trying to research Maca Powder, Wild Yam capsules....things like that.
My one question is is that I do not have a problem with conceiving. I conceived my other 2 children at the first try and I do have regular periods. If I do try natural methods to increase my fertility would it then have the opposite effect and decrease my fertility?

Also, if I do start taking Maca Powder or something else would it help to start taking it monthes before you plan to get pregnant? We were thinking of trying Feb/09. ↑
