Mine decreased (didn´t disappear completely) after week 16. It was unbearable!!!

I had sore nipples in the first few weeks too, then from about 15 weeks it went away. Im now 39 weeks...and they have been sore for about 2 weeks. Im going to breastfeed and my mum assures me that that will be much more painfull (in the start) than this pain now. Gee thanks mum!! lol.!!

Hi Kass. My soreness went away by about 12 weeks. However, on the down side, while they aren't sore to touch or anything...when I get cold (which really sucks 'cause it's winter!!) they tighten up and literally feel like they are going to break off! This is a new development since pregnancy (never had that sensation pre-preg.) sure hope it doesn't last after delivery...I'll have to move to the beach :)
Anyone else had this??

i am 29 weeks and when i become even slightly cold my nippples get very hard and the area around them tightens up and they hurt so bad, i almost want to cut them off!!
