This one of my hubby's faves, and it's really easy. Cook 1 lb of ground breakfast sausage and put in a greased 10in. pie plate. Add salt and pepper and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix together 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 cup of bisquick (or other biscuit mix), and 4 eggs and pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. ↓
