Slow HR and Measuring Small?

Hello, I am not sure if I am asking this in the right place but here goes . . . I had a miscarriage 4 months ago and we just found out I am pregnant again. My doc is monitoring us really closely, partially because I am paranoid and partially because of my history (I had a hard first pregnancy, smooth second, miscarried 3rd). We had an ultrasound at 6w3d and the baby measured 6w 2d on June 26th, the heart rate was 114. Today I had another ultrasound and the fetus measured 7w and anywhere from 5-7 days depending on what was measured. They did not get the hr although the heartbeat was clearly visible (to both me and my doc). The dr wants me back next week because she doesn't think the baby grew enough in the last 2 weeks. Everything else is good, yolk sac etc. My question is what is everyone elses opinions on the growth, I think that is right on, but I must be counting wrong. Please let me know as I do not want to go through another missed miscarriage. Sorry this is so long winded.

Do you know exactly when you ovulate? Some people ovulate late in their cycles (the doc's base it on day 14 of a 28 day cycle) and that may be why the baby is measuring a little small. I would not worry about the 114 hb, it's really not that low. Good luck and let me know how you make out at the appt.
