Morning everyone. I figured I would start a new thread since the old one is very long and getting buried. Congrats to all of our new mommies (JULIE, MAGGIE and KATHY). Well, I'm feeling much better now and thanks to all you lovely ladies for your condolences regarding my brother. The statement about time healing all wounds is definitely true. STEF you are getting so close now. Just think in about 3wk or so you will be holding your beautiful baby girl. FRANCES and SARA not much time left for you guys either. Things are progessing so fast on here. JEN, how far along are you now? As for those of us still trying I know it is going to happen real soon. I can feel it. ALLIE, how was the camping trip? Hope everyone has a great day.

Name: FrancesM | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 8:46 AM
Morning Ladies. Thanks for the new thread Katie. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Stef, I can not believe you have only (or not only) 3 weeks! Are you ready? Katie, I am glad you are starting to feel better. How was camping Allie? I hope the weather was nice. Sam, I would go for the maternity clothes as well. I did the rubber band thing like Sara for a while but had to go ahead and take the plunge. I am glad I did as it was so much more comfortable! Robyn, can you send the pic to your email from the phone and email it out? That is how I take my belly shots and u/s pics. Just a thought. Good morning to everyone else. Well as for me, I don't think the insulin shot at night is doing much for me...My morning numbers are still out of range, not BAD but not where they should be. I can't tell you how much I hate doing the shots. I did not make it Curves this morning. Maybe tomorrow. I am going to try and go a few times this week but we shall see. I have a high risk and a regular appt tomorrow. I hope I don't have to see the HR Dr's anymore after tomorrow. He was keeping an eye on my blood pressure and it has been good so I think he will let me go! It is such a pain to travel up there and and park etc. Well, off to the shower! I hope things are a little more active in here today! Julie, are you home yet??

Name: stefkay | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 9:13 AM
Hi Katie! I'm rooting for you on that bfp...where are you at in your cycle now? Yep, only a little less than 3 weeks here! I figure she can come anytime but will probably decide to stay securely locked in my uterus since I worried so much all pregnancy about her coming early, lol ;) FRANCES, that sucks about having to do the shots and it's not even helping much...ugh. I totally understand the shot thing, having done them daily this whole pregnancy, but at this point I'm used to them so they aren't bad at all -- just like taking a vitamin. But in the beginning --for weeks-- I got anxiety every day as the time to do the shot got close! You are getting so close too! Just think that your little man will be here before you know it!

Name: katie37 | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 9:33 AM
Frances, sorry to hear that you have to take daily shots. I know that sucks. I'm not scared of needles but I don't think I could deal with that everyday. You and Stef are super trooper's as far as I'm concerned. STEF, I'm on CD 11 so hopefully will be Oing in the next 2-3 days. Last month I was off clomid and it reduced my cycle by 2 days so I am back to a 26 day cycle which is cool with me. I'm tracking cm but not temping. Wish me and the other ladies luck this month.

Name: FrancesM | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 10:35 AM
Stef, I am sure it will become second nature with the needles and I really only have to do them till he gets here. I am getting closer and I am excited and scared!! Katie I am not scared of needles either I just hate doing them. I get disappointed when I do them even though I did not do anything to cause the high sugars. Oh well, as long as he is healthy I will do whatever it takes. So you are going to o soon! Very exciting. I hope this is it for you. Seems like you are taking a no stress approach and I am sure it makes it better. Leslie, sounds like a pretty good appt other than the Dr having to rush off and leave you hanging. Wow, you already have your date. At least you will be able to plan things. Gosh, you don't have much longer. Time is going way to fast!!

Name: stefkay | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 11:58 AM
Oh man, I wish I had a date! It's so weird how we can be ok for 8 whole months, but when the last month hits it's like there is no such thing as patience, lol! I had some frustrations this morning...I finally called to get in with a pediatrician only to find out that they are all NOT taking patients! At least the ones near the hospital and in my vicinity. The ones that are taking patients are much further away and in the ghetto. ugh. I finally settled on a practice nearby with a dr. that I want but I'm going to be seeing a nurse practitioner instead of the dr. At least I know that she can consult with the dr. if need be. Sorry for babbling, just kind of stressed this morning...

Name: katie37 | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 12:54 PM
I hate when doctors tell me they are not accepting any new patients. That sucks Stef but you did say that you were able to find someone right? Don't take that baby into the ghetto!! I have some pepper spray you can have if you need it.

Ok ladies, I know that we are not the only 3 left on the CS board! LOL My m-i-l told me it looks like I have dropped. I don't think I have. I will ask the Dr tomorrow. Where is everyone? Tory, Kristin, Robyn, Jen, Julie, Kathy, Lori, Sara, Cyndi, Cindy, Cynn, Jenna, etc...

Hey girls checking in. I havent heard anymore from Julie so i cant update anything sorry. Justin get his 4 month vaccinations this upcoming Friday i am totally dreading this. I am glad Jason is going and will be in the room with him as i leave LOL. but it justs freaks me out to know that we are purposely going to make him be in pain. Though last set of vaccines he could careless and laughed afterwards i am hoping for the same results this time as well. Anyway hoping the rest of you are doing good. Stef not much longer enjoy these last few weeks.

Name: FrancesM | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 3:13 PM
Robyn, I can not believe Justin is already 4 months. Are you sure it is not 4 week shots!! LOL Wow! I hope he does good too!! Glad to see you check in!

Hello Gorgeous Ladies! Sorry for not dropping in for awhile, still cyber-less at home on the weekends, oh darn, no porn for hubby...we don't need that! He is bad enough as it is! LOL This pg has definitely made our relationship even better than it was before (which I cuold have never imagined), we are so much more in love with each other, on another level. But just when you think my dh is too sappy, he goes and tells me last night while I am lying on the couch "why don't you grab your legs and practice" Ugh. I could have slapped that smirk right off his face! LOL. So I go for my appt this Thursday at 11 am. I am excited AND nervous of course. I still have all my symptoms kicking, and my boobs have hit another growth spurt as they have been extra sore since Saturday. I swear I have areolas like a frickin dinner plate! and my boobs aren't THAT big to begin with..they were full B's and now I'd say full C's and still growing. I think all we are going to do on Thursday is a physical exam, go over my bloodwork and u/s from 2 weeks ago, and I HOPE they will let me listen to peanut with the doppler. Other than that, not much else going on with me, which is good..no news is good news, eh? Keep me in your thoughts and prayers this week. I promise to post with any and all news after my appt. I have missed you all.+++Cyndi+++

Hey Girls, sorry i haven't checked in yet today. I had my doc appointment this morning and here's how it went, (i posted this on the problems getting pg forum too to get feedback) I normally don't ovulate until CD18. This month I started was my first round of Femara. I had an u/s today on CD12 and it showed three follies on my right ovary 14.5, 12, 11 but my lining was only 4.4. My RE said my lining is still on the thin size and my follies aren't ready yet. He wants to see me back on Thursday which would be CD15 for me. He said my follies should be about ready then and we can do the trigger shot if my lining looks okay. He wants my lining to be at least a 6. Is it possible my lining will thicken from a 4.4 to a 6 in three days? I'm so concerned and really want to try this month!!! What do you girls think? Is it possible my lining will thicken to 6 in just three days? I'm wondering if as my follicles grow and the bigger they get my lining will get thicker quicker? Does anyone know? I'm just sooo damn frustrated but trying not to stress at the same time because i don't want stress to delay things either! Ok i got to go read the posts now. It appears its been pretty quiet on here this weekend. Hope everyone is doing well!

OMG i forgot to tell you guys so yesterday we went to my parents for Fathers Day and my sis had been their in the morning since they had to go her husbands parents and my sister went and bought me a Coach Diaper bag i was in total shock i mean that shit is waaaay expensive and i had been hinting i wanted one and she called me the other day and said she was in the store and i called Jason and i said to him just say NO he said ok NO to what i said the diaper bag so he said ok NO. Well i just love my sis though its my gift for the next year i will take it.

Name: ROBYN | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 6:31 PM
Allie the follies sound good they will grow about 2mm a day but as for the lining i am too sure how it thicken in 3 days i am sure its possible but it is a little thin i hope it does what it needs too. (:

Name: AllieP. | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 6:34 PM
Thanks Robyn! i sure hope it thickens too! That was so nice of your sis! THey are expensive! I splurged and bought one for myself. Its just a basic black Coach diaper bag but i got mine for my laptop! But hopefully one day i can use it for a diaper bag! :)

Name: ZenGirl | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 8:36 PM
You two are reading my diaper bag vibes!!! i just bought myself a new small business tote and matching wallet this past weekend. Coach makes me happy :))..ALLIE- from my experience and what i was told, yes your lining can thicken that much in 3 days. femara is better for lining too so it won't hurt your lining like clomid can. the only problem that i found that i had with the femara was that it lowered my estrogen (like WAY low
)so it messed up the release of the eggs. did you say that your dr mentioned injectables? if so don't be afraid. they aren't that bad. no one could really pinpoint my probelm either but with all the monitoring and the help that my eggs got with the injects and trigger i knew something had to work!! i know it will for you too!!! keep us updated. oh and i wanted to mentioned that i O's a couple days early on femara also, so that is normal. ....Nothing to report from my end. i have been feeling little somethings here and there at least once a daqy for the past couple of weeks. today i am 15 weeks and 1 day. i am supposed to go to the dr on friday for my final blood draw for the NT and i should get my results sometime next week. i am sure all is fine but patrick wants the confirmation. i think he was a bit nervous because of what happened to my friend who found out that her baby had the major heart defect because he had down's. i have been super busy in my new job but it is because i am still getting situated. i am not in my own groove yet. they gave me great news though. they told me that i didi not have to have an office in the corporate office building and that i can work from home. i will still have to visit m y properties regularly (about an hour away) but i can do alot of stuff from the house. i still have not told my new boss that i am pregnant yet. i have no idea how i am pulling it off but i am sure i can't for a whole bunch longer.....well i hope all you new mommies are loving your new babies!!!

Name: AllieP. | Date: Jun 16th, 2008 9:16 PM
Thanks Zen! You made me feel better and that other girl Cindy where I posted under problems getting pregnant did too! She said it can thicken 1-2mm a day! I'm praying for the 2mm a day! :) I didn't know it could thicken that quickly! Yes i am getting the trigger shot so if all looks good on Thursday DH and i will be bding starting Thursday night through Saturday! :) Then the RE is putting me immediately on progesterone (i think three days after i O). I'm still concerned that I could have scarring from the retained tissue I had which led to the hysteroscopy but fingers crossed all looks good on Thursday! I cant believe you are 15 weeks already! OH and Coach makes me happy too! i just bought about a couple months ago a Coach bag that is from their suede collection. Its green and gorgeous! :) KATIE- i'm glad to read you are feeling better! Its good to have you back a little more on CS! FRANCES- good luck at your doc appointments tomorrow! Sorry the shots are so sucky! boo!!! STEF-I seriously can't believe you are only three weeks away!! Looking forward to hearing from you!!! ROBYN-can't believe Justin is 4 mo already! CYNDI- you just sound so incredibly happy. You are so upbeat! Keep it coming!! And keep the humor coming too! :) Okay ladies off to bed for me! SOrry i missed a bunch of you but you are all in my thoughts!

ALLIE, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! -- For the past few nights I have been totally sleep deprived as Gavin was going through a period of non stop eating again. Whenever I get exhausted it doesn't bring out the best in me, so I was having a hard time and I think it effected our bonding. BUT last night he slept so well! We even had an outing today and even though I ended up breast feeding him in the car, we were still able to go pick up some food and make it out to target. I got a new nursing bra as well as some other necessities for the both of us. So, I'm feeling great. At least until I realised that my little boy is going to be a month old next week! Time flies, I am so sad! And I am SO not looking forward to him having shots. I cried when they stuck his little foot in the hospital right after I had him. I am sure I will cry with his first shots. Good luck to you ROBYN!

Name: stefkay | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 7:35 AM
Wow, Kathy I can't believe Gavin is already a month old! Geez, how time does fly! ALLIE, I'm crossing my fingers that your lining builds up fast...I know nothing about that stuff but I really hope you can try this month after all of the waiting. Yep, not much time here and now it's down to almost 2 weeks already (ok, well I'm pushing it--on Friday I will have 2 weeks left, lol). ROBYN, good luck with Justin's upcoming shots...I'm sure that has got to be tough. I am really hoping that I like Ava's pediatrician because I'm pretty much out of options in that department right now. CYNDI, bestest bestest luck to you on your u/s Thursday!!! How exciting! It sounds like you are doing perfectly and moving along well :) JEN, another big WOW to 15 weeks! I remember I first started feeling movement around 15 weeks exactly. By 16 or 17 it was pretty definite that it was movement from the baby and not gas. Well, I'm up super early and feel like I want to fall back asleep but my stuffy nose won't let me. I really hope that my nose unclogs once the baby comes and that it is a hormonal thing because it's driving me nuts!

Good morning girls!!! MAN!!!---- I came down with a kidney infection and upper uti on Monday morning... hit me out of the blue at 3A.M. when Brevin woke to be fed...man it was painful! And RED pee too! I almost headed to the E.R. at 5 A.M.... couldnt go back to sleep from the back and low abdominal pain... but took a shower and motrin and was able to sleep another hour... held off until my obgyn office opened and went in first thing! Now... ahhhh, what a difference only one day on antibiotics does! But I have to take this darn stuff every 6 hours for another 6 1/2 days! But at least I dont have that intense pain like yesterday. I thought about you ROBYN! How did you ever go through life having so many of these? Poor gal! (((HUG)))! ROBYN- I know it's tough to watch our little guys get shots, huh... it's like, how do they find enough fat on those legs of theirs to even give that darn shot in??? I am glad that Jason goes with you to help with that drama. ALLIE- I hope all goes well for ya on Thursday and you will be getting your trigger shot! Wishing you lots and lots of baby dust!!!!! STEF- getting so excited now!!!! When will you know if you have an induction date or not? Ava is going to be here soon! JEN- woohoo! 15 wks! that is great!!! That's when I felt my boys move... so maybe boy for ya after all...LOL... I am still gonna say girl, but can be proven wrong with no problem as well! CYNDI- good luck with your u/s this week!!! Hoping they will just give you some sort of hint at to the gender... just for fun at least, right? FRANCES- sorry the shots dont seem to be doing that much... can they change the dose and would that help? KATHY- I hear ya on the sleep deprovation! Brevin is on then off with a good sleep pattern... I am hoping it all gets straight by the time he is 2 mo old... He is 1 month old on Friday!!! Arent our boys growing up too fast??? Glad you got out and about with your lo and are starting to feel more comfortable about it all... I have nursed in my van and in dressing rooms... many a times! SARA- hows things for you? Glad you had a great weekend! Hello to everyone else out there on this awesome thread of ladies!!!!!!

Name: ROBYN | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 10:37 AM
Morning my lovely ladies. LORI - you poor thing with your infection and UTI UGGH havent had one in quite a while i shouldnt say that i am sure i just jinxed myself. KATHY - WOW 1 month already i cant believe it Gavin definitely could be going thru a growth spurt with all that excessive eating have you weighed him since birth? JEN - Jason got me the coach planner LOVE IT. It totally matches my diaper bag LOVE IT LOL. Its a total recommend on the list of things to have LOL. Yes girls i am hoping Jus does well with his shots i am totally dreading this Jason knows the drill if he doesnt do well then hes staying home from work with me but last time we had no issues whatsoever so i am hoping since its the same set of vaccines that we wont have any reactions either. LORI how is Brevin sleeping? OH Julie emailed me she labored for 8 hours then did the c-section she said shes having some difficulties right now believe from the recovery so she was VERY brief in her email The babies names is Nicholas no other weight or height stats yet and she will email soon.

Name: cynnababy | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 10:58 AM
Morning ladies! Congrats to Julie again, and welcome baby Nicholas! We finally know his name! Lori, sorry to hear about your infection. Take care. Allie, how did your camping go? I am crossing my fingers for you, and hoping that this is your month! Kathy, Gavin is 1 month old already? wow, time really flies. I hope you are getting more sleep now. It will only get better from now on... Frances, how did the injections go? are you getting better at giving them to yourself? Stef, 3 more weeks huh? You probably will go in for induction before that, right? Coach, I love coach! DH got my Coach diaper bags fro christmas last year, and got me another coach purse for mother's day. I am addicted to Coach, I should buy stock in Coach. Jazlyn wasn't sleeping well last night, so I am tired today. She woke up at 2:30am last night, and didn't want to go back to sleep. She has been doing so well for the past week, and last night was just bad. I hope she will go back to be a good sleeper again.

Cynn possibly growth spurt time???

Name: cynnababy | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 11:41 AM
I don't think it's growth spurt though. She woke up, but when I tried to nurse her, she wasn't that interested in eating. She kept smiling at me, and tried to talk to me. I think she just wanted to play at 2 in the morning!!

Morning! Back from the Dr. Bean looks great. He is weighing 5lbs 5 oz right now. They did another u/s today that included the bio-phys thing...I am guessing that is the fluid level thing? Checked the blood flow thru the placenta and something else. Bean was grabbing his toes! It was cute! :-) Had a different Dr today (hubba hubba). LOL He said "you did good, the baby looks great". That made me happy. Still working on the sugar issue. They upped my dose last night so we will see what happens in the next few days. This Dr thought Bean might be delivered at 38 weeks but I am going to of course check with my regular Dr about all of that. I don't know that he does not know that I am not a "regular" patient there. We shall see. Allie, I hope everything goes well on Thursday with your appt. I hope everything is like it should and you can get the shot and get busy! Lori, SO sorry about your infection. Ouch!! I am glad you are on the mend now. Jen, congrats on 15 weeks. I can not believe it is moving that fast! Wonderful!! Glad you are busy at the new job and that you can work from home. It has it's pros and cons for sure. You just have to make yourself get into a routine! Robyn, thanks for the scoop on Julie. I hope she can get on with her recovery. Kathy, sounds like a good day yesterday. I hope you continue to have more of those. Cynn, sorry you had a rough night last night. I am sure she will get back to being a good little sleeper for you!! Cyndi, good luck with you appt Thursday. I hope you get to see or hear your little one. Good Luck!

Name: saramcg | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 2:28 PM
hi girls! sorry it has been a while, but it has been BUSY for me!!! DH left monday morning, and won't be back til thursday, so I am at my moms...I have a little quiet time now, but most of the time it is not easy to post.....JULIE.....congratulations again on baby Nicholas!!!! very good choice of name!!! I can't wait to hear from you and I really hope that your recovery speeds itself up a bit! I also wonder how Kayla is doing with him. I bet she is just a wonderful big sister!!! LORI and KATHY---I CANNOT believe that it has already been almost a month already!!! MY GOSH time is going quick now...it must be b/c it's summer. I hope that yo uboth get some luck with the sleeping, and LORI, that uti sounds awful...they are the worst (well maybe aside from a yeast infection, but to pee blood---yikes!!!! get better!!! .....STEF--wow you are SOOO next! maybe only a matter of another week and a half if they decide to induce you! are you ready yet??? are you getting to the point where you are so huge that you just want her out (and of course the forever urge to see what she looks like) or are you wanting to drag out this pregnancy a little longer to enjoy it more? FRANCES--they might induce at 38 wks huh?! then you will probaby be after stef! (unless Anna is a bad girl!) you have a big baby in there! have you settled on any names yet? CYNDI- good luck at your appointment! I hope all goes well for you. I am so glad that things are so under control now! ZEN 15 weeks!! WHAT?!!! that is AWESOME! and yeah , i bet you are feeling the little one move by now!!!! very, very exciting. that is when it starts to become that much more real! ALLIE- glad you had a good trip. Sorry to hear about your numbers (even though I don't know much about it) but it seems like you are pretty frustrated. I hope these next few days straighten themselves out for you in there! I am rooting for you and little bean this month! ROBYN-- if Justin didn't mind his last shots...I bet he will be a trooper again with these. It is never nice to have to get them, but I think that they forget within seconds! I was always the same way and I think Mikie was tougher than me!!! Glad Jason is going with you though. It is nice to have some help at the docs! KATIE- glad you are around again. are you getting close to Oing or are you in the tww yet??? I am hoping the best for youthis cycle too!!! same with Jenna (and anyone else tts that I missed. Well, I don't know when I will be able to get on next, but I'm thinking of all of you this week! So just real quick b/c I know that last post was getting long, I went to the docs this morning and I am NOT allowed to go to the wedding--- :( BOO-- She didn't feel comfortable sending me 4 hours away when I have come so far already. She checked me and I am 1.5 cm dialted and baby is getting low, so that may or may not mean much of anything, but why take a chance right? I ahve been kind of feeling pressure "down there" which I haven't at all before, and the BH have started (about 3-5 a day) so I guess i don't want a premie in a NICU real far away from home! my sis and her kids are going to spend the weekend with me, so that will be nice, but it kind of bummed me out...at least I aas able to make my appt for next week to see if I am off of bedrest for good!!! (wow that will be weird!) alright got to go, I'll talk again when I get a chance-

Name: ROBYN | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 2:33 PM
CYNN - hey you could always tape her eyes shut LOL. OMG i would die if Justin thinks 2am is play time. At least when he wakes a night for his bottle its just a quick feed and hes back to bed i am only changing his diaper once a night now. I usually do that the 1st feeding around 1 - 2am then thats it till he wakes around 7 - 730am. SARA - thanks for advice with Justin i am hoping like you said all will be the same as last time. How are you feeling now? FRANCES - didnt ignore your post at you know we have been emailing so i already knew about ABJ (:

Name: cynnababy | Date: Jun 17th, 2008 3:45 PM
Frances, sounds like your little bean is not longer a bean! I think he will be a big baby! Are you ready? just a few more weeks. Sara, boo on the wedding, but better be safe. You don't want miss Anna to come out too early. At least you are not confined to just your bed anymore. Have fun at your mom's place. Robyn, I wish i can just tape her eyes shut! I just ignore her when she smiled and cooed at me. But she is so cute! I couldn't help but smile and talked back. Then she really thought it's play time. Arrgghh.. she has been sleeping through the night, from 8pm to 6am for a few days, then last night, BAM, woke up at 2 and think that it's time to play.
