Question: Hey everyone. I'm back. I just haven't had a lot of access to the internet lately. Sorry that I kind of abandoned you....I didn't really have an option on that one!
Meanwhile, hubby and I are doing a teeny bit better. I mean, we're actually getting along now. I don't know what all is up...Or how things will turn out, but we'll see I guess.
And I'm two days late for my period, three in the morning. I usually get it on day 29. Sometime in the afternoon or evening. It's day 30. Almost, 31. So...we'll see. As much as we're having problems, I really hope it's a BFP. I'm scared to test though. I don't want to get a negative. :( ?

| Answer: Carolina don't take it next month, the anti-estrogen side effects become more worse the more months you take it and since you are taking next month off then there is no reason for it.... Schar, how are you doing? Any sign of af? When do you go back to the doc? = |
| Answer: hey all carolina i would not take it, because you have taken it last month, so it will still be in your system, so and you are not ttcing this month, so just wait until next month. schar i am so sorry for af not to show, you really should see a doctor, so they can check it out, as for me i am cd 10 now, so i am awaiting to o, i don't think i will o until next week, but i am having a clomid break right now, i took vitex, and also acupuncture and chinese herb suplements, 2 different ones and i am taking evening primrose oil also, so i really do hope that this will be my month good luck to all of you = |

| Answer: Hey all i've been reading through the forms and the stuff on twins naturally, I'm really confused on all the take this don't take this and jessica all your info on the other thread really help and you really seem to know what your talking about what would you suggest? I can't afford to go to get fertility drugs because my insurance wont cover any of it. I'm trying to keep track of my cycle and it's hard because I just got off the patch 2 months ago. It's not regular at all yet, any ideas with how out of wack it is? = |
| Answer: Junebugg, since your af is out of whack I would suggest taking a high dose of Vitex everyday to get things back on track again. There isn't any proof out there that Vitex helps with twins but it does help get you regulated again and its possible a really high dose may cause superovulation. Drink lots of whole milk and eat lots of meat especialy beef. I would also try soy isoflavones about 200mg from cd3-7 and wild yam supplements from after you O till af arrives or you get that BFP. 3000mg of EPO from cd1 to O and daily 100mg of Vit. B6 are also very good for fertility. Make sure you are also taking a multi-vitamin and at least 800mcg of folic acid. Thats about everything naturally that you can do. | Answer: soy Isoflaves don't really work, I have been taking fertility blend and it has helped with my hormones and has vitex in it I just found out my cyst is just under 3cm so half it's size I think it's cause the vitamins = |
| Answer: Schar, I'm glad your cyst is shrinking! That must be a relief. I agree there isn't much evidence that soy isoflavones work but its one of those things that can't hurt to try. And there are tons of women out there who have been using it to assist with ovulation, just don't know if it helps with superovulation. = |

| Answer: Is it true that when an ovulating kit test shows positive (that you are ovulating) this is probably to late to conceive as you have probably ovulated already and missed it?
As some friends told me this and its now making me worry that i am going to miss ovulation? = |

I have ordered it and dont want to take it on 50mg but on 100mg so should I take it at 50mg for 1 month then got up to 100mg and use the sperm??? or just start at 100mg??? = |

the ovulation tests are going positive because of an increase ( surge ) in the luthenising hormone, this increase takes usualy place a day or 2 before ovulation, after this surge you have to make love in the next 24 hours to maximise your chances of becomming pregnant, and you know when you have ovulated is when you detect a temperature rise of 0.4 degree, so i advise you to continue to use opk's i am cd 14 today, i started to use opk's since yesterday, but i do have 2 lines, but it is not positive yet, maybe in the next day or 2 ( i hope!) so goodluck to all of you! = |

I've been MIA because I haven't felt well lately and dh is working 100 hrs so I'm doing all the house stuff, working part time, all errands etc. Tiring, but he'll be slowing down in another month or so... I'm just over 14 weeks today and everything looks good so far. I'm proud of myself this time. I gained 56 lbs with my 1st and only 1 lb so far. I'm eating at least 4 times a day, but still don't feel well when I get too full. Doc says I should maintain a healthy weight this time. I have a cold and am so tired of sneezing! | Answer: ok i eberyone i have been all over this site trying to follow the posts anyways the ones i did get to read were all the ones jessicab3 posted which were really interesting so here is my situation as of now i found out i was pregnant by a frist respones pergnancy test a day or two before my period was due on may 5 the 7th i went to a clinic to get a doctor to test me they did an urine test and it was really faint the second line so on the 9th of may i did blood test and they found the hormorne for pregnancy in my blood my frist day of my last period was april 9th and i was doing great no nausea at all my boobs hurt was tired as hell all i wanted to do was eat ect..last thursday the 12th of june was my first doctor exam i was excited..friday my discharge started to go orange then brown and by saturday it was red i went to the emergency saturday night and sunday morning i had an ultarsound they found the pregnancy sac bt no embryo in it and yesterday morning it came out natuarlly so i was told we can wait til i have a period after that we can try again i wll be honest i am scared of losing the baby again but me and my husband are really wanting to start a family and i am not too upset about what happened because there was no baby really..my husband would really like to have a set of twins and i love babies been around them my whole life and think it would be fun as well so today i went and bought that cassava root thing from a speciality food store and after reading all of what jessicab3 has written i don't know if i should bother to try to eat them for the next month or not and how do i cook them? but all the information i read so far i am going to continue my prenatal vitamins and get lots of dairy and meat but what else is SAFE to do to increase my chances of having twins? | Answer: hey all, i am having some trouble with my internet these days, but thank god today it is working! wel cd 18 for me, and i am having a hard time (again) with the opk's! they are driving me nuts! anyways, since yesterday i am having loads of ewcm, so i really think i am very fertile, started having some o pain also, i really hope that my opk is + tomorrow, because i only have 1 left, and they are very expensive! on friday i am going for my last session of accupuncture, so hopefully that will do it! i really hope this month will do it, because since i have been on clomid, i did get some ewcm, but this time it is very much ( sorry about the language!) hi kat21, sorry about your m/c, but i hope that you will get preggers soon! mama4, also rooting for you! i hope this month will do it! schar, i hope that provera will help you, maybe you should consider to change insurance, so you can get fertility treatment, i am also considering this, as it have been 1 year for me now, but hopefully i will get pg this month! we are maybe traveling in july, to spain or italy, next month it will be my 5th wedding aniversary, so hopefully before then hehe. gotha run gals, take care = |

I just took my first opk test strip and I got 2 lines it is only cd 12 for me the control line is darker but the test line is there and it's normal what do you think? I called dh and told him it looks we will be bding tonight. Is it because I took the clomid and today would be the 5th day from my last pill help. | Answer: hey all schar, so sorry about af not arriving! i wouldn't have any patience anymore! i used to have such cycles before i started the clomid, sometimes it was 89 days long, only 3 periods in a year, but now thank god i have regular cycles. as for me i am cd 22, yesterday i had a + test, and i never had such bad ovulation pain be4! i had such pain since last night, i couldn't sleep becuz of it, i really believe that i now have o'd because i no longer have the pain! so officially in the 2ww! anyways where is everyone??! take care! = |

| Answer: esmeraldausiahon - I'm on cd 17 and I got my bfp from the opk test strip on cd 12-14 and then again on cd 16 I got BFN from the opk test strip on cd15 & 17 and today was my last day of testing cause I am out of opk test strip and I am not buying anymore. According to FF I ovulated on cd 13 so I am 4dpo so I guess I am in the2ww and I am tired and my back is hurting and my boobs are hurting really bad. Keeping my fingers cross for you this month give me a update.

| Answer: Hi Ladies! I had my betas taken on Monday and my HCG was 49! Woohoo, I was only 10dpo that day so things are looking good for twins. I go in for a second draw today to make sure they double (hoping they triple or quadruple, lol which is also a good sign for twins) This was my second cycle trying, used 50mg clomid both times cd2-6 and estradiol 2mg twice a day cd7-12. I also used preseed and mucinex. I forgot the mucinex last cycle so maybe it made a difference this cycle?? OPKs didn't work for me but I know I O'd on cd13 each cycle. | Answer: Hi girls i have stopped bleeding from my miscarriage and we are just waiting for my next period so we can try again been eating lots of wild yams or yucca root ot cassava root which ever name you want to use i haven't tryed anything else for twins yet just the food there i am willing to take herbal supplements but not chemicals just not too sure what herbal ones to take we are really excited about trying again if we don't have twins it will be fine we just want a healthy baby or babies congradulations jessica really excited for you i am still hoping and praying for all of you!! = |
| Answer: hey all how are you all keeping? wel for me it is cd 25, and 4 dpo, i couldn't help myself but test, bfn ofcourse! i am having some signs, as usual, like loose stools for the past 3 days ( sorry), it was the first sign i had with my last ds! also if i don't eat, i get pain in my ribs, you know just like if your 7-8 months pregnant, the feeling like the baby is pushing against your ribs, you know what i mean?! i know it sounds crazy, but it is true you know! also two little ladies, i know you didn't ask me, but let me give you my own experience to if you don't mind! i took clomid for 4 cycles, days 1 to 5, and 2 to 6. i took 100 mg for the first 3 cycles, the last cycle i took 150 mg for the first 2 days, and then i reduced it to 50 mg for the last 3 days. this month i took a break, but i took the following, vitex, evening primrose oil, and also went for accupuncture, 5 sessions, also took chinese herbs, pregnacare ( pregnancy, and pre and post conception suplements, enriched with folic acid) and also folic acid ( i take it double, 0.8 mg) i heard that you are more likely to get pg if you double the dosage, because it promotes good implantation! jessica, i am so happy and relieved for you, i am rooting for you! i hope for you it is twins! anyway, i will test tomorrow morning again, so will let you gals know! good night! = |

I am cd 23 and 10dpo my temp today is 98.97 and I took 2 hpt the first one was a faint positive the test line was there it was just light but the second test it was only one line so not sure which test to go with. When I was cd 20 7dpo my temp was 98.26 and on cd 21 8dpo my temp was 98.84 and I took a hpt and it was neg then on cd 22 9dpo my temp was 98.36. My doctor want me test on cd 27 & 28 I should start next week on the 8th I was thinking about testing again in 2 days what do everybody think? I'm new to this board and I was wanting more information on trying for twins. I ovulate fine every 29 days and I have 2 kids DS, 5 and DD, 3. I have ALWAYS wanted twins but they don't run in my family or my hubby's. We have decided to get pregnant one last time and I'm hoping for twins. I have read that Clomid helps a little as well as wild yams, Vitex, and Folic Acid. Anything else (or these things) work for anyone? | Answer: Hi Everyone! I'm Jaz, (that's my online nickname) I'm new here, but not new to TTC, I just found this group. I've been posting on another site for quite some time. I'm TTC and really really hoping for twins or triplets. I have a regular 28 day cycle and as far as I know, I ovulate every month just fine, but I'm taking my 2nd month of 100mg unprescribed Clomid under self treatment without doctors care of any kind. I ordered my Clomid from a well known pharmacy online from mexico. Risky I know, but my body seems to have reacted to it very well, so I'm chancing it. Right now I think I'm ovulating. I'm on CD 15 and I've got all the signs. (sore bbs, egg white jelly like CM, emotional, mild cramps and a positive OPK) so we BD'd 3 days ago, last night and tonight and we will do it again tomorrow for good measure and every other day there after for another 10 days just to be safe! I'm taking 1 aspirin each day, 1 prenatal vitamin, 1 mucinex, 1 additional 500mg vitamin c with b complex and 1 additional 800mcg folic acid every other day for good measure. I get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids, and now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for success! I would love an online buddy in a similar situation to team up with and share stories and experiences. It's always nice to have someone to share your thoughts, feelings and conerns with. I talk to my doctor last month and here is the treatment plan I am on: 50mg/clomid cd 3-7 and then 1mg/estrodoil 3 pills/2 times a day on cd 8-12 I am to start bding on cd 10-16 and the start taking the progesterone gel (procheive 8%) on cd 17 until either AF show or I get a BFP and then keep taking until I am 10wks. Also I started taking baby asprin and prenat vit on cd 2 and on cd 10 I will start using my opk test strip and taking robintussin. | Answer: Hey ladies, sorry that I been away for the whole month. Was tried to not to read too much information regarding pregnancy, hoping less pressure will have a better result in ttc. But guess just can't haha...been tracking this forum...congrat to all those that had a BFP ^^ and for rest of ladies here, hope this will be the month for all of you, including myself ^^
Here are the updates, I have stopped clomid this month, dr wants to give a break after 2 month ttc with clomid, she said many ppl got pregnant the month after stoping clomid =P hope i am as lucky as them ^^ I have my lmp on June 1, and on June 25 I have some brown discharge though my AF is coming in the next few days but it never show up =P been having cramps on my lower abdomen on both side and little pain on nipple but it has stopped lately (now CD40). I did a HPT on July 5, which is my CD 35 I believe and it was clear BFN, was disappointed because was hoping it will be the month. Enough with the disappointment so my and my dh have decided to retest on next Monday, which will be two weeks late ...only if AF didnt show up ^^ I have tested with first response test on July 5 this time i have ordered the cheaper test stick on web which will detect hormone in level 20?? was hoping it will be more sensitive ...will find out at that time...really hoping for a BFP ...anyway baby dust to all of those are ttc. And for Schar, how long did it take for you to find out that you are pregnant after missing your AF? thanks = |

Ladies I need your help. I started AF on July 5 and today I am on cd 6 well when I went to the bathroom and wipe it was light red/browish color and real slimy (sorry tmi) what does this mean? I am only taking these meds prenat vit, ba and clomid I will take my last clomid tomorrow. Also I am starting to have some discomfort in both of my ovaries what does this mean. | Answer: Hi krissy, I'm not sure what it means. My af's have had alot of what looks like ewcm in them too. Ever since I got my iud taken out almost 2 years ago. I told my doctor but she didn't act like it was a big deal. I did some research on it and found very little , only that this can be common for some women. | Answer: nothing new for me, AF hasnt show up yet. My previous HPT was done on the 5th, because I was afraid to see BFN again so want to wait for another week before testing it again. | Answer: hey krissie i think you can stop the ribotussin when you have o'd because all it does is make your cm more ew ty! i hope this will be your month and mine to! if i do ( hopefully please god!) get pg this month i will be due the same month as my ds has been born, he was 27th of april, and i would be due around the first week of april, would be a nice time to have a baby here though, april is usualy the best month for the weather, nice spring weather you know, no need for all in ones, because of the warmth ( well hopefully!) i live in ireland you see, and now is july, and no summer again here, only rain, it makes me depressed and sick! well hopefully anyway! i am moving again next month, 1 year lease is over again, the housing market is slowing down here, so not a good time to buy any house at all with the economy and everything, but i hope before i will have the next baby(ies!) we will have a permanent home, i am still young, will be 24 in september, but very keen to have children. i know krissy, you could be my mom, but good to share this experience with you all! my mom is 46 now, so she is also young! and i have 3 kids already, i guess that is why the dissapointment comes every time i get a bfn hpt, i got so easy pg with them all, little or no trying at all! anyway i don't want to bore you all away with my life history! have a lovely weekend to! good night! = |
