I recently had my Mirena removed after 8 months of having it. The doc said that my cycle should return back to normal if it was normal before. I had my period 3 days after having it removed (pretty heavy and lasted 3 days) and I started using the ovulation tests to track my cycle. According to the test, I started ovulating around day 8-9 after the first day of my period. I think that was pretty early. Has anyone had this happen? I don't know when to start tracking again or when to take a test. Any advice? ↓
I had my mirena removed Jan 3?/07 and I started temping and tracking with Fertility Friend. I had 1 cycle and then I got pregnant on my second in Feb/07. It really doesn't take long for your cycles to become regulated after having the mirena removed as it is not really hormonal. Good luck and if no luck this month I really would suggest temping and charting. ↑
I had my mirena removed May 19, 2008. I got pregnant around May 28, 2008. My lmp of that cycle was May 8th and im generally a 30 day cycle person so i most likely ovulated right on time. ↑
