Just wondered if anyone knew how long after DNC I should wait to lay in the tub. I delivered last saturday at 17 weeks and had to have placenta removed by DNC? Now my bady just aches and I long to soak in the tub. Any help out there?? ↓

I am so sorry for your lost we lost our son at 18 weeks in October. I also had the DNC for retained placenta. I wanted nothing more then to clim into the tub. I waited 3 weeks until my follow up appointment. I didn't want to take any risks with infection. I spent many hours soaking after I got the green light that all was healed. It was a great place to try to heal my mind. I used a heating pad for the aches and took really long hot showers until I could soak. ↑
