Is there anyone on here, that was told they were having twins during one ultrasound, and then at another one they were told they weren't? ↓

When I was pregnant with my first child 10 years ago, I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks that confirmed twins. When I went for the second ultrasound 4 weeks later one of the babies had died and had begund to be reabsorbed by my body. It is called Vanishing Twin Syndrome and is relatively common in multiple conceptions. ↑

I had triplets on my first scan and only twins on the next scans. Its called vanishing twin syndrome and it is very common. ↑

Well that would be true, but the first one that said it was twins was at 16 weeks 5 days and the second one was at 17 weeks 3 days.  ↑
