Ok, so I think it's time that I figure out how to break my son's attachment to the boob. My problem is that he won't drink out of anything. I have tried many different bottles and sippy cups and even regular cups. The only thing he seems to get a little bit is the regular cup (with obvious big mess). So, what should I do? He is almost 10 months old. Any advice please share!

I had this problem when my dd was 3 months. I did a search on the internet and combined some of the suggestions I found. I would use breast milk unitl he starts taking the bottle and then try switching to formula. Try having someone else give him the bottle since he can smell the milk on you. I put my dd in a swing and put my hand on her chest and tried giving her the bottle. You keep trying until he has pushed thte bottle away 3 times and then you do something else before you let him nurse. It is very important to do something else before nursing other wise he will learn that if he pushes the bottle away enough he will get what he wants. Try this every time he should be getting a bottle. It only took a day or for me but my dd was younger. I hope this or something else helps you I understand the frustrationd you're going through.
