I have had debilitating sciatica and terrible round ligament pain my entire pregnancy. What can I do for these last 10 weeks to keep circulation good and not gain too much more weight??? Any suggestions???? ↓
I *loved* doing some prenatal water aerobics at the local rec center. It was really easy and you never met a happier bunch of pregnant ladies than ones that are in the water, where gravity is not as bad. ↑
I Loved the cat back stretch when I was at this point with my first. It is amazing for helping with the pain from the scaitica! Also yoga, and pilates is get. But even just short walks each day make a HUGE difference :) ↑
