I fooled around with my boyfriend and i we took our bottoms off and i got on top of him and we cereased eachother then he got on top of me but he diddnt enter me, can i be pregnant? ↓

Yup I definitely think your pregnant! Are you kidding me? No your not! Learn about sex, you need to have intercourse before getting pregnant. Unless he came on your vagina and it could have entered but thats still VERY slim. ↑

Very very very highly unlikely. I wouldn't let him 'enter' you until you feel more comfortable with how sx works, and make sure to use protection. ↑
