the best time to try is on the 12th to 16th day of your cycle. Start on day 10 make love every 48 hours to ensure proper amount of time for sperm to be ready. So try on days 10 12 14 and 16. Get into the floorplay make love with him on top or with him behind you. and after ejaculation lie on your back with your pelvis slightly tilted for 20 minutes or so after sex. You may want to moniter yourself to find out whats right for you. You may have a 24 day cycle or a 40 day which can effect the outcome too. You and Your partner should not smoke! And you should avoid dairy products and caffine. ↑
Answering to Meredith...It makes no difference how you take the sperm..I conceived by having sex lying on my side, then going straight to the toilet afterwards! There was no need for my pelvis to be tilted for 20 mins after sex..everyone is different. Conception will take place even if you are sitting straight up after sex if it is meant to happen. ↑
The fertility is a contributing factor.. say their is a low sperm count, its not always that easy to concieve, therefore does anyone know if their are any methods to raise chances such as Meredith mentioned ↑
When it comes to low sperm count I have been told that the best way is to try to nail the exact day of ovulation (half way through cycle) example if you have a 28 day cycle it would be day 14 (or close) if it doesn't work one month try day 13. But if you are say a 32 day cycle it would be day 16 of your cycle. etc.. But also tilting the pelvis back for 20 minutes or so after intercourse does work as well as deep penetration (rear entry). But what Meredith says is great advice! ↑

and we r planing from jully but no positive signs from past one month ↑
Some of this information is VERY misleading. It is absolutely false that everyone ovulates on days 12-16. Also, you cannot pinpoint your ovulation by dividing your cycle length in half. Here is the correct way: Monitor your cycle by figuring out how many days are between the 1st day of bleeding in one cycle to the 1st day of bleeding in the next cycle. It is normally 28-35 days. Then, subtract 14 days from the length of your cycle. That is AROUND the day that you should ovulate. So, if you have a 28 day cycle, you should ovulate around day 14. If you have a 35 day cycle, you should ovulate on day 21. Got it? :) You should also pay atention to other signs. Such as, cervical mucus. Good luck!! ↑
when is the best time to concieve? my last menstrual cycle was march 29th march. also i have gone thru one abortion in past, will it affect if i am trying to concieve now? thanks. ↑
