oxi clean takes pretty much anything out! Make up a small mixture and rub it on let it set and wash. I have been able to get a few stains out of dd's clothes with that. Hope it works

thanks! lol that is such a coincidence,we have some and i was just going to try it the next time i do laundry. I have no idea where the little black dots come from,it's never happened to my clothes before. It must be a baby thing.

you know... this is so wierd! the same thing has been happening to my sons clothes and i cant for the life of me figure out what is causing it, its mostly on his onsies and t-shirts, it drives me nuts! i can take a brand new shirt that he just wore, there wont be anything on the front of it but after i wash and dry it, it will have those little black spots all over it... i dont get it

I have the same thing. I just assumed it was a mixture of the food she gets all over and other colors running in the washing machine. I will try some oxyclean. I tried it awhile ago but did not let it set in before washing. Hope it works!

Its mildew, or mold for lack of a better word. Make sure you don't leave them wet in the laundry for a long time before washing. There is nothing I have found that will remove the spots.

i haven't had time to let it set but oxyclean alone with detergent hasn't worked... i think that it is because i throw the washcloths in the wash wet and it must rub on the clothes then. this so sucks, it is on a couple favourite outfits to :(

I never let my clothes sit in the washer once it beeps its done i move them instantly- but i have found that her formula that she gets on her collar of her shirts will turn color once washed...when she was breast fed i never had these issues but now that she drinks formula (she stopped bf at 7 for some strange reason) the ring on her collars will turn like a gray...its so strange. The best i have managed to get stains out is to mix a cup of water with a little tiny bit of bleach and detergent using an old toothbrush and scrubbing the spot...it gets most of the stains out including the stains from blueberry applesauce (which is a nightmare when your child is learning to self feed, no bib can cover her completely besides the fact she rips em off cuz she hates wearing them)

I meant don't have wet laundry sitting with all your dirty clothes before you have a chance to get them washed. Say you have a basket of dirty clothes and you throw a wet dirty wash cloth in the basket and then don't wash them for a few days you will find these black spots, it is mold.
