clomid & multiple births

I will start clomid this month, probably around the 15th or 16th, whenever AF arrives. How soon will I become pregnant? My husband & I mc a year ago without clomid, i didn't even know i was pregnant. But since then, my cycles have been irregular. I have had all of my hormones check, and everything is normal, he also said i have pcos. how effective is clomid? please excuse my rambling, but i have so many questions?? ↓
