hello, i believe you are meant to drink it from around 28 weeks onwards. i drank the tea for the last trimester with my first & went into labour on my due date but had a 30 hour labour. with my second i took the tablets & came a week early & only had a 2 hour labour so who knows weather it really helped at all but at least i wasn't overdue. alot of people swear by it. i don't think it could hurt to start drinking it now. you never know ↑
