I know a lot of you have questions about implantation bleeding. I have had it and a couple of times and although I'm not currently TTC I thought I'd share and answer questions. For me, it happened the week before my period was supposed to start, it was light pink and brown and during my second pregnancy was slightly clotty (i did end up having subchorionic hematoma though so i dont know if thats normal to have the tiny clots or if it was from that...). It lasted longer than a period and was never heavy enough to use a tampon or maxi pad...only panty liners. I tested negative on the day my period was supposed to start so I assumed it was a wierd period....then I started to feel pregnancy symptoms, tested a few days later and had such a light line I didn't believe it. Then tested a week after my period was supposed to start and had a very dark line on my HPT. I've had this both times I was pregnant and now I have one beautiful little girl (the other time I ended up miscarrying at 10 weeks unfortunately). I had other odd symptoms besides the usual tender breasts, frequent urination and nausea....for example, foot cramps--had that both times as well, a clicky grinding feeling in my lower back, excessive thirst, sore throat and feeling achy as though I had a slight fever.
