My doc checked me today and said I am only a fingertip dilated. Is she just trying to make me feel good or are things actually starting to happen. It has been eight years since my last child and have forgotten a lot. Any advice? ↓
Unfortunately some women can walk around for weeks partially dilated without going into labour. I personally never started dilating until I was in labour but a friend of mine was 2cm dilated for the last 3wks of her pregnancy.
